Clean, modern, electronic queue. The staff is slow, no one is in a hurry, the queues are growing, there are 2 cash desks in the currency exchange and it is empty, there is no one there. The worst bank branch I've ever seen. I never exchanged the money, my nerves gave up, 20 minutes for 3 people. Most of them didn't wait and left, just like me. Time is more expensive
A modern hall, a ticket system, there is a place to sit while waiting in line. Polite cashiers. But the work schedule does not allow you to come there after work and on weekends. There is a terminal on the street.
