Avoid this place. Only one thing works (!!!) the window, behind the cash register, is a new specialist who does everything very slowly. We contacted the bank 3 times, but did not solve our problem. The specialists are incompetent, everyone speaks in their own way. At least I tried to help with the solution only after I asked for the complaint book. And their programs don't work all the time. Do something about it already.

Inconvenient mode of operation, there is a lunch break, an information kiosk in the room, a high currency sale rate and a low purchase rate :(, the most useless bank in Kolodishchi. I do not recommend it!
