06.02.2024 I bought currency from this bank.
The cashier refused to pay from the card, first withdrew cash, then made an exchange. To my remark that in other branches I bought with a card, she replied, "But we have this" the cash rate and the card were different, I lost money. But that's half the trouble. I was given money that STINKS OF MEDICINES VERY MUCH.
I made an exchange of a hundred-dollar bill 50 for Belarusian rubles, 50 change in dollars, three days later I decided to hand over this bill, i.e. the one that was given during the exchange, went to the bank branch, took the coupon in the machine stood for some time, when contacting the cashier, they refused to take the bill after a long study by a bank employee, in general, it is not clear why all this?????
It's a horror, not a bank, it's extremely difficult to pay for services in the application, their server is temporarily unavailable all the time, and it's never possible to get through to the bank at all, currency purchase rates are always the lowest, and sales are the highest, the staff is really very polite, they score 5 out of 5, but the bank 1 out of 10.
