I am very often serviced at this branch of the bank. Everything was always wonderful, the staff was almost all polite. However, there was one case for which I take off one star. We took the currency off the card in order to exchange it, but we did it at another nearby exchanger because the exchange rate was better there. We didn't accept one bill, there was something wrong with it, I don't remember anymore. I returned to the cashier of Belagroprombank and said that the bill was not accepted, please replace it. To which the cashier girl sourly tossed me another bill into the receiver and muttered something under her breath. At the same time, when I bring currency to be exchanged at any bank, my bills are thoroughly checked and in which case I do not complain, and I do not express my dissatisfaction with the fact that they are returned to me! Otherwise, during the entire service period, there have never been any complaints))

I came at 7:52 p.m. to change the money.The overhead light in the compartment was already turned off.There were 2 female employees in the hall.I asked if I could change the money.To which I was asked, "there are 2 more exchangers here, go there."I was honestly taken aback.But he left.I went to the back of the room (there is an exchange of the same organization) and lo and behold - it is also closed.I went back to the cashier, and after I asked for a book of complaints and suggestions, they sent me to a currency exchange meeting.I understand that everyone wants to go home, but there is a work schedule that you agree to when applying for a job.+ In addition, instead of working for 2 minutes themselves (and during WORKING HOURS), the workers advertise competitors and send them to them))The impression is terrible.I will try to avoid this bank and advise everyone to do the same.

Good afternoon. On 04/13/2025 at 15:24 at the CBU 564/76 branch at 176 Uborevich St. (Green shopping center), I attempted to withdraw funds through an ATM in this branch. I entered the requested amount of 1,200 Belarusian rubles. As a result, the ATM froze and issued this window "error, contact your bank" and returned the card, without issuing any check and, accordingly, money. Thinking that there might actually be some kind of mistake, I went to another ATM, where, when checking the card balance, I saw that the balance was not what it should be. I immediately called the bank's hotline and detailed the account - the employee said that there was a debit in the amount of 1,200 Belarusian rubles. When I asked what to do in this case, I was told that I needed to contact the branch where the ATM was located. Returning to the bank branch and addressing the staff, he explained the situation. I stood by the window for 30 minutes and waited for the girl to find out something on the phone. As a result, they offered to write a statement about the disputed situation, the consideration period of which is 45 calendar days. The girl also clarified that there may have been a malfunction in the processing center and the money will be returned to the card tomorrow. It's been 3 days now, and the money hasn't been returned. According to my statement, of course, there is no feedback. I don't know what to do.... I was also shocked that they didn't do anything about this ATM at the branch, they didn't even approach it, as if everything was fine. And the folder with similar statements about controversial situations was 5 centimeters thick. I wonder if the ATM started working in the opposite direction and giving out money just like that, how quickly the bank's security service reacted to this situation, I think instantly. And now a question for the management of the BANK, not the branch. For example, how to live for a pensioner who wanted to withdraw his pension from your bank and was left without money in the end? An employee named Ekaterina Andreevna Novik let a young man in with her, and they went inside!!! The technical break has ended, he is rude, brazenly declares that "for technical reasons" we are not working!!! I had to change the money at another exchange office. We walked by 3 minutes later, and she was arguing with two customers. The attitude is just terrible, such "employees" should be fired immediately!!!

It's bad that the ATM is in the branch itself and when it doesn't work, you can't deposit or withdraw money. And so, in general, the department is normal, the girls work normally, they don't get stupid.

I have not met more captive employees yet, there is always a lot of traffic there and from morning to lunch to put one captive girl in, this is an omission of the management!moreover, there are a lot of unnecessary gestures during the registration of a banal card...in general... this is the most terrible and ill-thought-out bank...I work in three more banks and I know what I'm writing about! This one works to encourage the client from all sides, banally touching the transfer from card to card in the form of a double commission...not to mention the insurance payments....when the commissions are just off the scale! I really hope that life will not force me to come here again....I closed all the cards, accounts and loans....just not to hear about this bank anymore!

There is a great lack of an electronic queue. Those clients whose operation is to a specialist have to stand in two queues each time - first in the client department, and then separately to the cashier. Moreover, it usually takes even longer to get to the cash desk, since the branch is located in a shopping center, and there are always quite a lot of people at the cash desk.

The first time I went there, a woman served me on the floor! An hour later, the operation was just to give out a ready-made card, she started calling someone to ask something about what the hell... In general, I still got the card, but it really pissed me off. As it is, there are few queues.
