I have been using the services of this bank for several years. The bank is good, the room is cozy, the staff is attentive. Waiting in line is not long, there is a sofa where you can sit. There is usually no queue at all in the information kiosk. It is a pity that there is not another information kiosk of this bank in the city, because the bank does not work on Saturdays and Sundays.

We were here on 10/22/2020 and were in a hurry. But only one of the three currency exchange offices was working. I had to wait a very long time. We walked around, chilling. The cashiers talked to each other, but not to serve customers. We gathered a lot of people. The only thing I liked was how two cashiers served from the entrance to the building where the cards are issued. While I was waiting to change the currency, my husband managed to pick up the salary card and sit waiting for me. And the children cry in the car while the time dragged on. I don't recommend it. But if there are no banks, then what can you do.
