A terrible government bank, complete indifference to visitors. The work is slow, the formal attitude and the service unhurried... It works until 4 p.m. on Fridays, when all people from work are only focused on solving their issues related to the bank's services. But the bank has already worked out... The opinion was formed on repeated visits to this RCC .

It's a terrible bank, it's better not to deal with it. The staff are incompetent, they don't explain anything. I got tired of going to different departments 100 times hoping for normal service and specialists. Incomprehensible penalties and commissions run up thanks to the employees. We haven't seen such a circus for a long time!
