The main disadvantage of the department is working until 18.00. I believe that such institutions should work at least until 19.00. People after work cannot solve any issue - they need to go to other departments, which is extremely inconvenient living in the area of this particular department. Upon request, a formal attitude on the part of the head of the department. I sent it away without understanding. I had to write a written appeal, only then did attention to the problem appear.
