A huge, clueless bank- two cashiers are not enough for a large branch, and especially when one leaves for lunch... You wait in line for a long time, it's difficult to get a ticket because of the sophisticated interface and there is no consultant.

Terrible customer service. They lie to your face. Unbeknownst to the customer, insurance is issued, passing it off as the cost of the card (the card is free, according to the bank's services). Be careful and careful.
