When choosing a manufacturer of wooden entrance doors to a private house, we settled on the company Becker Systems. We were guided by the experience and results of the operation of previously ordered PVC window and balcony frames at this company, which have not had any complaints in use for about 15 years and have not lost their characteristics (plastic color, mechanisms, etc.).
When ordering, we were pleasantly surprised by the possibility of fulfilling all our wishes for the product, because the door is not standard sizes and the requirements for it. A big plus for us was the opportunity to pay for the order in several stages. We were also pleasantly surprised that the order was completed almost twice before the agreed deadline, without compromising quality.
The quality of the door did not disappoint our expectations.
As a result, we were once again convinced that Becker System is the right choice.

I called them - they said nothing is known yet, call them in a couple of days. But because of work, there was no time to call. As a result, two more weeks have passed and no one is calling. I have to call myself again. I don't know what to do. I'm afraid that they will install it with the same attitude.
There is no responsibility. It is unclear how this company still operates with this attitude.
I will look for another company.

If you are thinking about ordering, avoid it. We decided to contact them, as we had ordered earlier, everything was fine. But now everything has changed, you can read in the reviews, we are not the only ones facing the problem. The order has been paid for, and there are no changes from November 2024 to March 2025. They just blatantly lie (inventing non-existent problems). The reputation is lost. They got themselves in trouble.

The window was ordered in October 2024 and has not yet been installed, and this is with a 100% prepayment, the deadlines are constantly shifting under various pretexts. If you want to install windows within the time frame you need, think carefully.

I do not recommend contacting this company for services. They take an advance payment, but the deadlines are not fulfilled at all. Initially, you are warned that windows and doors will be manufactured for at least 3 months, so they also do not fit into them and the deadlines will approach 8-9 months. They will also install windows and doors for you for a month, first people get sick, then they left for other facilities, and if you don't call them yourself, they won't even remember about you.

The most terrible company you can meet. Since February 2024, they still cannot fulfill the order for the doors. Although the prepayment was 100 percent. And our order is big and expensive.We paid by bank transfer. We came to them specially from Bryansk, hoping that Belarusians were responsible. They constantly lie, dodge, and don't even promise when they will fulfill our order. If firms and factories worked like this in Russia, they would go bankrupt instantly. There is no such sloppiness as at the Becker plant anywhere. They don't want to return the money and there are still no doors. People, do not try to contact them, you will wait like we have for 8 months! We will have to go to court!

They've been feeding us breakfast for half a year, they don't pick up the phone, they don't call us back. For half a year I've been hearing that they can't do anything. Construction is not moving, as it is impossible to close the perimeter. This is the most disgusting office that can be. They don't care about you, just get the money and goodbye.

I ordered double-glazed windows for the balcony with installation from this company. I will share my experience. The production took more than 2 months, but that's okay, they warn you about this when signing the contract. During installation, it was found that the beads were made in the wrong size. Well, it was redone, installed 2 times. But in the end it turned out that cracks were left at the corners of the beads, from which the cold was siphoning. The master installer said that he could not do anything, and suggested that I seal these cracks myself with sealant.
As a result, I do not recommend contacting this office to anyone.

For more than 3 years, this company has been unable (or unwilling) to pay its debt in the amount of just over 800 rubles. When they needed the material, they cut off the phones with requests to make a delivery to them as soon as possible. And as soon as they put it on, they forgot about us, our requests are ignored. And the debt is still there, as they say. We do not advise anyone to contact them. Self-respecting and partner-respecting companies don't do that.

Installation is the same. No one calls, we have to do everything ourselves.
But that's half the trouble.
The installation was scheduled in 2 weeks. On the day of installation - transferred to the next week.
I don't advise anyone to get involved. It would be better to turn to a private trader.

I had already ordered windows from them before and therefore turned to them again, which I greatly regretted! We met very well, but then it started. We agreed on an installment plan, I came to the office to personally sign the papers and transfer the money, and it turned out that the director did not approve the installment plan, although it is registered on their website and they promised it to me, in the end they faced the fact that the whole sum is needed, and this is almost 6000 rubles. Since time was running out, you got out, found the entire amount and paid, and after that, no one is interested in you anymore. I was dynamited for half a year, they didn't answer calls, messages, it's not really possible to get to the management (translates to voicemail). If you manage to get through, they hang up the phone or promise to call back and wait at least a year. As a result, all terms and conditions were violated. There was also blackmail, when the windows were brought, they were in terrible condition, in fuel oil with scratches (the movers don't care about your windows and how much they cost) The installers also turned out to be crooked-armed, they decided not to glue thermo tapes that cost good money and what should they do with them now?! the sealant was not delivered, they said to buy it themselves, although it was paid for, the mounting foam was stretched and the balloon was taken away, and it also turned out that the measurer intended the wrong thing and initially he admitted his guilt and promised to replace it, but the next day his opinion changed and I was to blame for the wrong measurements. In addition, the measurer, who, as I was told, is the chief engineer and the best specialist, violated the technology as a result, the windows of neither the right size, the tides of the wrong size are bent face down to the wrong place, and even badly scratched as a result, they ordered in the summer, winter came and in order not to freeze agreed to all their blackmail conditions ( either put it as it is or call, write further to nowhere). The case is now going to court, there is no set on the windows and they do not even think about solving the problem. There is no answer to the claims by registered mail. This is not a company, but an endless nightmare! And before that, there were people worthy of respect.

Hello, I want to share my impressions! In April, we signed an agreement with Becker Systems. The contract clearly stated that the window manufacturing period was no more than 65 working days. But.. after this period, the windows were never made (or rather, only 2 out of 20 windows were made). Having gained patience, we began to wait. But because time is running out, the work is worth it and the rains have already begun, we started calling again and checking the readiness of the windows. As a result, after numerous calls, time and nerves spent, the windows were installed only at the end of August (86 working days). Our request for reimbursement of the penalty fee for each day of delay (which is prescribed in the contract) was answered only by the lawyer's apology. And thanks for that))(we made the payment on time, everything is as prescribed in the contract and there were no complaints against us!)
It is a pity that such a serious company treats customers so irresponsibly and unprofessionally!!!!

An extremely negative impression. We came to the office and found out the necessary information about the windows. And we agreed on the arrival of the measurer. No one called for a long time. I had to call the measurer myself and find out when he would arrive. During the measurement, it was clarified that two window sills were needed. When visiting the office again to conclude the contract, it turned out that the information about the second window sill was not transmitted by the measurer. When asked to include a window sill in the order (we knew the required length of the window sill), the manager refused. She referred to the fact that the measurer will additionally come to us within one or two days, measure everything and give her the information to form an order. The measurer had to be called on his own within a week. After that, I clarified by phone whether the measurer had passed the information, whether the window sill would be included in the order. I received a positive response. Upon receipt of the order, there was no window sill in the invoices. When contacting the office, the manager hardly found the documents about the order. The information about the window sill was not attached to the main order and was located unknown where. The manager, having created a lot of unpleasant moments, did not even apologize and said that everyone happens. I decided the situation with the windowsill as follows: I gave the contacts of a person from another organization. He brought us the missing piece of window sill. The window sill turned out to be a different shade, although the model is the same.
