Very disappointed. We booked 3 twin rooms for our families. One of the rooms was ok but the other two were dirty and untidy. They didn't even change the bedsheets and towels in one of the rooms. For Breakfast they provided just omelette and sausage after asking twice about the breakfast. Overall it was a very bad experience. The only good thing about the hotel is its location.

A small hotel, literally several rooms located on the same floor of the building. The location is convenient, you can quickly and inexpensively get to any part of Samarkand by taxi. There are several good and delicious cafes nearby with pleasant prices.
The room is clean, in the bathroom, despite the fact that the hotel opened in March 23, there is an old tile that is covered with a brown coating. The water pressure is good, hot water from the water heater, which for some reason is not isolated and the bathroom is heated from it, as in a bathhouse. The breakfasts are very sad - some tomatoes, cucumbers, fried and boiled eggs, something like very fatty cheesecakes and pancakes with cottage cheese, coffee from a jar, tea bags, a pack of juice. In a country where fruits cost pennies in August and September, it would be possible to add them to breakfast.
We are unlikely to return to this hotel again.
I didn't like this moment yet - they came up, asked me to leave not at 12, but 3 hours later. We received the answer that yes, it is possible, but you have to pay 380 thousand soums, which is equivalent to the cost of a day's stay. This is the first time I've seen this, usually they either leave it for free, or calculate the hourly cost.

It's dark in the hallway, they save money, and there's a very unpleasant smell in the room. I haven't been able to ventilate it in two days.

The guy at the reception speaks Russian well. What kind of reviews are not clear. Maybe someone was really unlucky, maybe on the contrary we were lucky. Or maybe competitors wrote. Well, I don't know in general. The only negative is the window (view of the fence). Although it's not such a minus. Are we looking there all the time? And the distance from the center. But the taxi is 20 thousand. This is 150 rubles. So, taking into account the low rent, it is quite a good hotel.

We were in August, fortunately only for one night. This is certainly something. We booked at the booking office, where they indicated that there is an early check-in. This was indicated when booking. We arrived at 10 a.m., they tell us there is no early check-in, check-in at 14.00. Well, we left our things and went on an excursion. We arrived at 16.00, they tell us the room is not ready, as others have a late check-out. There were three of us adults and each with a child, we booked three rooms. We have already been outraged that this is not done, if you confirm the reservation, then there must be rooms. As a result, we were checked in, there was a terrible smell of sewage in the bathroom and in the room too. I asked for another room, they refused, brought a freshener and told them to spray so that there was no smell 🤦🏻♀️ Later, we saw a clump of long black hair in the bathtub, I decided that maybe we didn't notice it when cleaning. We left for an evening excursion, returned late. Closer to midnight, I began to spread the bed, it's all crumpled, a bunch of small hairs, as I understand it from intimate places, it feels like we've wandered into a brothel. Apparently they decided that we were staying one night and it was not necessary to change the bed. I took clean underwear from the guys at the reception and changed it myself. We came for breakfast in the morning, there was still an hour left before the end. Everything is empty, just a couple of pancakes. To which we were again told that the other guests had eaten everything. For a moment, these guests were there, we crossed paths, a group of girls about 10-12 years old who are engaged in hood.gymnastics and it's clear what kind of appetite they have, skinny little girls. We vacated the room at 10 a.m. The impression of the hotel is the most unpleasant.

I trusted good reviews, but in vain.
1. The rooms smell of rotten pipes, there is no hood. Before checking in, the guy from the reception went to the room and ticked everything there, I thought it wouldn't be noticeable, but it didn't help, it stank wildly of chemicals mixed with the smell of pipes. They refused to change the room - they said everything was busy.
2. There was a drunk guest in the hotel, and the administration, represented by a not very polite teenager, did nothing about it. A drunk man molested me and other guests, the receptionist did not take any action. This is NOT a safe hotel.
3. I was resting in the room, knocked on the door and without waiting for an answer immediately opened with another key. Which violates all confidentiality.
4. It is stated that the hotel has parking - this is NOT the case. She is always busy with other people's cars and there is no way to park.
5. The breakfasts are good, the same thing, a mess on the table, everything is cold. There are always no devices.
6. The location of the hotel is NOT as convenient as possible. There are a lot of car shops around.
7. It is very noisy, as the windows of the hotel overlook the road.

We stayed at this hotel while reading reviews. We are not picky tourists, but the hotel disappointed. There is no extractor hood in the bathroom, a constant smell of dampness and humidity. I read about hard mattresses before the trip, I decided that there were quibbles, but alas no. Of course, this is a personal matter for everyone, but sleeping on the boards is not my option. And that's how it felt. During the 4 days of staying in the room, there was never any cleaning, and accordingly, no one put any accessories.Everything is OK with breakfast, you can come and something will not happen, but if you ask separately, they may cook for you. And on the last day, the water was turned off altogether, both cold and hot, an unpleasant surprise.
