Good evening! I often visit Baseball)
Our favorite place for a family vacation! The rooms are always clean and well-groomed, the staff and the administration are clear guys, we go as if to our own home, we can say that we are regular guests! Good luck to them and prosperity!

We arrived in Almaty very early in the morning, in February. We took a taxi from the airport at about 07:30. The administrator was awakened. There are no places, he said. Come by 2 p.m., we'll check in. They left a phone number and asked me to call if an early check-in was possible. We put our suitcases in his back room and went for a walk around the neighborhood. This is a private sector, surrounded by high fences, there is absolutely nothing interesting. We reached the cafe at the bus stop and ordered coffee. Then the administrator calls and informs us that it is possible to check in right now. We returned back, checked into a suite on the top floor, with an incredible view of the mountains! While walking up the stairs, we saw that the doors to the rooms were open and no one was living in them. Probably, the guests were expected just on this day, we thought. Which is exactly what happened - by evening the whole Complex was full of guests. Our room was very large, sterile, and well insulated. There was a mini-bar in the room. A SPA complex with outdoor pools is located next to the hotel on the same territory, in a separate building. All SPA services were included in the room rate, including massages.Breakfast is present, but somewhat rustic, champagne is not served) Thanks a lot to the team

A great place to relax and for business travelers it's a fairy tale. Swimming pools, sun loungers, cafes, huge Christmas trees under which it is great to sit, drink a cold beer and eat lamb. One drawback. If you have a late flight, then at 12 you will be asked to leave the room and you can only extend the room for a full day if there is no other client for it. You probably won't be kicked out of the hotel territory, but the bracelet will be taken away. It is tied to the room and without the bracelet you will not be able to buy anything in the spa territory.
