The order will not be delivered without replenishment. And there is no way to pay for an order in the restaurant itself: only through the cash desk at the reception.
The water in the pool is not clean, young people walk barefoot on the trapezes and jump into the pool with dirty feet. The locker room is very stuffy, the room is not ventilated, there is dust everywhere and a lot of hair on the countertop and on the floor. It's time to replace the hair dryers, they work very poorly, and you need to stand and dry your hair for at least an hour. Not all items on the menu are available, there are no elementary warm salads, ice is not given in such hot weather. The prices are very high on the menu. At the reception, an ordinary Borjomi 0.2 railway station costs 1100 tenge. The woman at the reception responds rudely and sharply. There is simply no toilet paper in the toilet, the sinks are dirty, and it is not pleasant to wash your hands. In short, the facility is unsanitary.
The renovation is good,pools with different temperatures!!I didn't like the food-they took the pickle, all the cucumbers spread out and the potatoes weren't fresh in the pickle either!
