There are disadvantages, but I give 5 stars! We checked into the hotel and it was paid for with a foreign bank card, or rather booked and on the day of check-in we have to write off the money. But, upon check-in, it was necessary to present at the reception. We didn't have this card with us. And there was no cash. We lived for free for a day until we exchanged money) an authentic place, a very old hotel in Chinese Hutongs. Walking distance to all attractions. Very convenient location. Cheaply. The rooms are small, the most comfortable bed I have ever seen in hotels, and I have almost 60 countries under my belt. The blanket and pillow are beyond praise. But, the shower is inconvenient, this is the only disadvantage

We booked using a foreign bank card. Upon arrival, we were told to show the card, but we did not have the card with us. We were allowed to spend the night, like, the morning of the evening is more complicated. The rooms are small, there is hot water, air conditioning heating, towels are changed in the room every day and 2 bottles of water are put in. And in this hotel there is the most comfortable bed in my hotel life, soft pillows and a blanket like a cloud (I have visited a hundred hotels) there is no elevator, with suitcases on the 3rd floor up the stairs. But, it's in the center of Beijing and walking distance to top attractions

The TV wasn't working, although it wasn't needed, I don't say anything about the bathroom at all. There was no closet. The shelves were closed. The old fir trees were closed. I don't recommend it. Well, it's just right for someone to live for a while.
