Transit zone is just awful. We landed at 1:00 am and were waiting for couple of hours for person, who could just stamp us border tickets for following flight

It is clean, on the 1st floor of the airport there is a recreation area near the entrance to the boarding of international lines, with poufs around interesting florariums, a charging station with Chinese connectors,toilets,a post office, a cafe with a European menu, a Family mart, a traditional souvenir shop with pandas, vending machines, an ATM of the Chinese national bank,offices of various Chinese airlines, the sides of the boarding gate of local airlines are also oval-round poufs and some kind of incomprehensible relaxation area, where 3.5 chairs stand along the wall and an employee sits for some reason. On the 1st floor there is a Starbucks, as well as another one opposite the airport exit, an exchange office, toilets with sensors on the taps and barely running water, so it takes a very long time to wash your hands.On the 2nd floor there is a food court with many Chinese cafes.There is also free Wi-Fi, free hot and cold water in the coolers, and paper cups so that you don't carry them around the airport and throw them anywhere.
The area after customs is full of branded shops, cafes, all according to the standard.There are business lounges, which, as usual, are packed, this is China)))There is an exchanger, if you suddenly forgot to buy something for cash and decided at the last moment - you need to take it.The course, of course, is not interesting.I found a souvenir shop late, which is on the left, after the lounges, and there are a lot of cute Chinese-style knickknacks, my eyes were already resting.
The airport is cozy, but there is no feeling of modern Beijing

The airport is very clean, cozy, beautiful, everything is conveniently located, everything is clear, and most importantly, the airport staff will always tell you how and where to go, or you can tell the robot assistant what you need, it's on wheels, and it will show you everything, even where your exit is.
