A new, unusual place in Minsk, offering a wide range of beignets.
The cafe is located in the central part of the city, within walking distance from the railway station, Dynamo stadium and the once "party" Oktyabrskaya Street.
A stylish setting with antique interior items balancing between Soviet times and something coastal Portuguese. The interior is catchy, plunging into a nostalgic state.
The cafe on beignet specializes in French cuisine, deep—fried, pre-dipped in batter. The closest and most understandable analogue to us is crumpets :)
The menu offers hearty and sweet options ranging from casual to refined.
We have also provided a vegan version with pumpkin.
The bar menu offers soft drinks.
Coffee, unfortunately, was not to my taste, perhaps the options with the addition of milk are better.
The service is friendly. In the process of booking a table, I got an incredible pleasure from communication. The staff at the cafe is unobtrusive. An ideal place for friendly meetings.

The place can definitely become one of your favorites! The interior is very cozy, there are so many unusual details that somehow combine with each other. Dishes and cutlery are a separate love, as if each plate has its own soul.
The crumpets taste great, the unusual combinations are surprisingly well balanced. I really liked the pumpkin-flavored dessert crumpet, it's just a hit, I want to go back for it.
I also regretted a little that I don't drink alcohol, because descriptions of author's drinks are an art, I just want to try it.
A very atmospheric place, where it is beautiful and delicious.

Something new in Minsk.
A small, cozy cafe in a homely style with incredible crumpets.
The format is great, the recipes are top notch, the food and drinks are great, the staff is not in a hurry, and we were in no hurry.
It is a must-visit for gastropeople.

An interesting place with a special entourage! I liked the interior, the mix of styles and details from different times makes it cozy. Grandma's velvet shawl brought back memories 🥹
The menu is also unusual and interesting, I really liked the latte with marigolds and lemongrass. I consider Beignet (crumpets) to be an amateur dish, I feel the need for additional visits in order to taste everything properly)

I've been here many times, I love this place. It is well suited for those who are not very hungry, but at the same time do not mind having a snack or enjoying unusual combinations of branded beignets. The establishment has its own unique atmosphere, even though it uses some trending moves. It's nice that the exposition of the hall is slightly changed in different seasons, it's always interesting how it was decorated this time. The only thing is that I'm sad from time to time that chocolate beignets have been removed from the menu.

It's very beautiful, very atmospheric, very unusual. The first 20 minutes. The remaining 20 minutes were spent searching for the meaning of staying there. For some reason, the 40-minute wait didn't pay off. Delicious, but nothing more. I'm sorry for the time I spent on a bun with pear and cheese, honestly. Cappuccino is great, so the stars are not 2)

I only give two stars for the place itself, so the interior is really wonderful. We came here with a friend on the evening of 26.03. The staff met us, greeted us, and a girl with dark hair, so I understand the waiter did not tell us anything about boarding, that all the tables were occupied and only the big one was free, we found out when we entered the hall and sat down at an armored table, so we were not asked where to sit. Before that, it was the same girl, while I was waiting for my friend to take off her outerwear, and I was looking at the menu on the bar, I heard her say again in an arrogant tone, "girl, you can come to the table." But as described above, which table we needed to sit at, we probably should have guessed)

Two stars for the interior. The service is terrible. As soon as we entered the restaurant and went to the hall to take a table, the waitress stopped us with a request to first take off our outerwear and hang it in the hallway, only after entering the hall. Okay, maybe these are the rules. We waited about 35 minutes for the order (two crumpets, with incomplete seating), as the waitress confused our table with the next one and gave our order to them. Because of this, the wait dragged on for some more time and the crumpets were brought to us not at the same time, but with a difference of 10 minutes, which is completely sad. In the end, when we were done and ready to leave, I went to the bar to pay, as the waiter is always in the hall and does not come up to the tables occasionally. When I asked them to pay for the order, they replied, "Sit down, I'll be there soon." I don't know what the problem is with paying at the counter right away. I took all my things and did not come to you to return and wait at the table. But when I asked her to pay, the girl stood her ground. I didn't like the service, I'm unlikely to come back again.

A place with an interesting concept and interior. I dreamed of trying Tiana's signature donuts from the cartoon "The Princess and the Frog", but who would have thought that the dream would come true in Minsk, not New Orleans. The crumpets are delicious, not very greasy, interesting combinations of ingredients, a generous amount of filling, delicious drinks. I want to come again and try other flavors, and I just want to come in again. The interior is, without further ado, beauty, and that's all.
The only drawback is the hood. Either it doesn't work at all, or it doesn't work well, but the smell of oil sticks to clothes. I'm not ready to shoot stars for this, I hope this moment will be corrected, and it's definitely worth visiting the place.

I really liked it here! Now it's definitely one of my favorite places. I want to say a big thank you to the staff who are so attentive to customers. I was carrying a backpack, one of the staff members noticed this and brought me a stand specifically for him so that he would not stand on the floor. The guys are very attentive to you and at the same time are not intrusive. I really liked the presence of a wardrobe, because, as often happens in coffee shops, there are one or two hangers that hold the clothes of all visitors. There is also a hanger + a closet mounted in the wall. There is also a toilet. The interior is beautifully decorated (there are pictures of cats hanging). There is soap and freshener in the toilet. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that a shoe sponge, a shoe brush and a sticky roller for cleaning clothes were lying on the bottom shelf in the toilet for visitors (carefully). The interior is cozy, but at the same time simple. There are tables for two, three, a large table for about 6-8 people and a sofa. I liked the cute lights and the vinyl record player (it's a pity the records don't spin!). The waiting time is short - 10 minutes, I think. The pastries are very tasty. I took a beignet with chocolate. I don't know what the reference sample of this dish should be, but I really liked what I tried. The beignets were warm and gentle. The coffee is just good. The prices in the establishment are pleasant. Beignets (3 pieces) cost 6 boons, and coffee costs 6-8 boons. Honestly, it was kind of a pity to leave) I really liked it there! The only remark is that it's a bit noisy. I would like to put something between the kitchen and the hall (maybe some sliding doors?), because I have to speak loudly with the interlocutor.

A customer-oriented establishment, the owner personally meets and conducts a tour of the menu. There are crumpets both sweet, three pieces per serving, and +-salty, one large piece per serving. Be careful, the fruit tea is made on the basis of karkade, the owner immediately replaced it, since it was not specified, and the girl is allergic.
The crumpets themselves are delicious, tea and coffee are absolutely classic.
The prices are affordable. Seating for every taste – for couples, large companies and even for children.
The interior is unusual, the music is not loud, you can immediately see that they tried their best.
In general, the place is good, we recommend visiting it.

Nice interior. Polite waiters. But apparently I'm not a fan of crumpets. The dough didn't taste good to me. The portions are small and the man will not be able to eat enough. The hot dog seemed to me just miniature. And the fact that there is an ordinary sausage inside, and not, for example, a sausage, is doubly frustrating. It feels like I bought a sausage in dough at the train station at exorbitant prices.
