Good afternoon. I want to leave my feedback about the organization of a child's birthday in this restaurant. As objectively as possible.
We contacted the restaurant a few weeks before the celebration, all the nuances were discussed with the administrator. Then I made three more control calls, which concerned the choice of dishes and the design of the cake. As a result: the dishes were served with such a large time gap that half of the guests were already bored after eating what they brought, and the other half had not yet seen what they ordered. Empty plates WERE NOT TAKEN AWAY. When asked to remove them, the waiter replied "yes, now" and ... left. There were no napkins, they brought a sugar bowl in which there was a spoon with a thick layer of sugar stuck on it. They asked for a replacement, took it away and brought it in 20 minutes. The "cherry on the cake", of course, was a cake with SIX candles for a child who turned EIGHT YEARS OLD. Again, this issue was discussed every time: both in person and during calls. They were not allowed to bring their own cake —they chose from the assortment. They chose Tiramisu. Not out of any "harmfulness", but the cake was not delicious. Moreover, every time I asked if it would be portioned or whole and how it would be divided. They assured that "they know how to divide and everyone will get it." Yes, everyone "got it". Only with the size they did not guess from the word "at all": for example, they put as much as they could scoop up once with a teaspoon. I think even if it was specifically planned to spoil the holiday, it would not have turned out as filigree as it was done in Befan. I left a review and then the director contacted me. It's good that they read the complaint book and react in any way. Apologies are, of course, good, but we entrusted this restaurant with a very expensive event, and we just wiped our feet on our trust. Perhaps Befana has SUCH a large customer base that they can afford to lose several dozen people out of the blue at a time. Maybe so. But no one from our entourage is definitely going there. And when my many friends and acquaintances (including visitors) ask for advice on a restaurant, I always start from the place that is DEFINITELY NOT worth the time and attention —this is the Befana restaurant.
We were passing through Gomel, we wanted to have a delicious meal, we advised this restaurant, I will not recommend it to anyone, the price is like in Minsk in the best restaurant

I didn't enjoy it at all.
Deeply disappointed. We arrived in the afternoon, the hall was completely empty. We booked a table for 2 people, sat at a table for 6 people in the corner. The lights are all off. For a whole hour, the waiter came up to us only once, until he went to get him. 5 waiters are standing and doing nothing. Caesar consists of one tomato, one egg, and a bunch of grass. As a result, every time you need to look for waiters to go, the service is at the level of a shawarma shop at the end of the city. Half of the menu is wine, but almost everything needs to be bought with a bottle, if you ask the waiter what he will advise you, he will not advise you anything.
The best restaurant I've been to. The kitchen is just super, the service is top-notch, the music is gorgeous, the atmosphere is amazing!!!
There is a place to put a baby stroller, there is a high chair for children, there is a changing table. Thanks for the great service!! We will definitely visit more than once!👌🤗
It's a good place, it's nice to come here, delicious food and a good atmosphere. But Gomel is in second place of all establishments , I recommend visiting this place

The kitchen is for three, a haystack is served with a steak, grilled vegetables are served in no way. It is expensive but absolutely not worth the money.
I used to be the best. It leaves much to be desired now. The lemonade is terrible, the water is carbonated with sweet syrup. Pumpkin soup is bland. Chicken broth is not delicious according to friends. It's dark in the room. Fish without spices. With an empty establishment, everything was carried for a very long time, the second course was not transferred at all!!!

Expensive but tasty, polite, 1st class restaurant

We ordered chicken, the chicken meat remained red, which means it is undercooked - this is critical for many.. The taste of chicken meat and the taste of grilled mushrooms are the same! It shouldn't be like this, the dishes are separate!I think that when ordering, well, say from 50 rubles, some kind of budget soft drink and bread is supposed to be...There is no parking for cars. The chairs are low, as can be seen in the photo. The surprises are quite pleasant. (March 8-a cake with an original presentation and decoration)The waiters are polite. Alcohol is the price of space. In general: a decent institution with pleasant unobtrusive music, I suggest expanding the repertoire with the sound of a saxophone

Three completely different dishes. It was served in 15 minutes. Everything is delicious. In bangs, they would still wait until they are heated in the microwave)
