I used to visit this place often, with a group of friends. Everything has always been at a good level. But this place doesn't exist for us anymore.… We booked a table, we came, but it turns out there is no reservation. They started to figure out why they didn't record it, it turned out that there was a new administrator there, a woman with blonde hair, she forgot to record it. We asked her to come over and help us sort out the situation, and she looked at us like we were homeless people asking for pennies. After 20 minutes of arguing, we were almost gone, but she said, "Go to an empty table." We sat down, but it didn't end there.... The waiter comes up to us and asks us to move to any other table, because this one has been booked. Gritting our teeth, we moved. We waited for the waiter to come up for about 25 minutes. The order arrived, the waiter was called, and he came up 3 times. Then we waited about 40 minutes for the bill to arrive. You can talk about food forever... I visited this place before with friends, everything was very good and delicious. We came here the other day with a large group and were very disappointed. The food became of terrible quality, we ordered many different dishes and some dishes did not wait for two hours. One of the dishes was a mix of wings, when asked when it would be brought, we were told that the wings were out, now we need to run to buy chicken. As a result, we did not receive wings for 2.5 hours of waiting, we refused, although there were about 30 people in the establishment in total. We ordered beer unlimited, the beer seemed to be diluted with water, although everything used to be very tasty, the waiter insisted 4 times to take a huge glass for 30p, although we already had beer unlimited.
They do not accept bank transfer, they say that payment is only in cash.

We came to sit with our family and ordered their set #3 meat crate and a tower of DARK dark beer. A small beer plate and a large one , and the child also ordered ice cream for himself. As a result: the potatoes are completely raw, it is impossible to eat, instead of dark beer, they brought ale tower, and the ice cream ran out altogether, but we found out about it at the end of the evening when we ourselves asked why they didn't bring it at all. We waited a long time, food and beer were brought to two people faster, 2 people waited an hour for the tower, I don't say anything about the meat crate at all, it was served at the end, apparently as a dessert. And every time I had to ask where and how long to wait for our order, a conversation with the administrator about the fact that the food was raw, the answer was that it was a type of potato that was not fried and they had nothing to do with it, the potato supplier was to blame. In general, there are no complaints only about the croutons and the evening was ruined. The service level is minus 100 points. They also calculated it using their own mathematics, so I had to recalculate it for them and prove that you are not a sheep. Until they asked for a book of comments and suggestions, there was no dialogue at all. They also waited for the bill for 30 minutes, considering that the place was already almost empty, they just stood and chatted and did not carry the bill. I had to go myself and remind them that we've been waiting for the bill for half an hour. I don't recommend going there anymore. Only if there is no desire to load your body with fatty meat and raw potatoes.

Review of Beer Mania on the avenue Independence, 76 (02/08/2025)
We recently visited Beer Mania, and unfortunately our experience was far from pleasant. We used to love this place for its atmosphere, but after our last visit we don't want to go back there.
First of all, despite the incomplete landing, we waited for French fries for an hour. The dish arrived after a lot of reminders, and it didn't bring what we ordered — instead of French fries, we got "rustic". The fact that there are no fries was reported upon arrival.
Beer was also served for a long time — about half an hour, although other drinks were already on the table. It seemed that the waiter had simply forgotten about our order.
The situation with the cheeseburger turned out to be even worse: the lack of meat for the cutlet was announced to us only after 40 minutes.
After we paid the first check, half of our company left, and we decided to stay. At that moment, the waiter began to approach us with questions, although it had been almost impossible to reach him earlier.
After 22:00, we were offered a drink promotion, but unfortunately none of the staff could say exactly which drinks were included in the promotion. We encountered confusion: once we were told that the drink was not included in the promotion, then we were told that it was still included, and a few minutes later we were told again that it was not suitable. In the end, we cancelled the order and asked for a complaint book.
Fortunately, another waitress came up to us and, after listening to us, apologized, which was nice. We filled out the complaint book, hoping that our feedback would be noticed and taken into account.
We hope that in the future this institution will improve the quality of service and eliminate such problems.

Previously, we visited this institution with the company on a regular basis, but then we forgot about it for a year. It would be better not to remember at all, because what is happening now in the institution is just trash (there is no other word to describe it). Let's start with cockroaches: there are just a lot of them here, they crawl on the decor, on the tables, and so on. The dishes became of very questionable quality, objectively tasteless (the pizza was simply overdried, you chew it like a cracker, etc.). The beer is diluted with water, although before I could say with confidence that there was one of the best pubs in the city. And the most disgusting thing is the attitude of the staff, in particular the administrator. To the claim that cockroaches are crawling on your tables, they answer: "Maybe you live in a dorm and brought them with you?" What kind of rudeness is this, the administrator doesn't know anything about subordination and adequate communication? Well, the crowning moment: we ordered for about 200 rubles, the order was brought to us, and when we finished, the administrator came up to us and said: "We have an order from the director of the institution: either you order more, or pay and leave," and order at least for a certain amount. And I would have understood if there was a full boarding and there was a queue for tables, but no, the hall was almost empty. We would have sat for a while and then ordered more, but you have to be a masochist to tolerate this. Horrified, we paid the bill and went to another place. We haven't had this anywhere else, not in any institution! It is a pity that such a good beer establishment has changed its policy and quality. Unfortunately, this was our last visit to this establishment, which is a pity. All laws and regulations are violated in this institution. Starting with menial work (they do not issue checks and say that payment is only available in cash), ending with the norms of the sanpin and violations of the law "on consumer protection" (art. 10), I recommend that the owner and the administrator familiarize themselves with the laws. And the competent authorities should pay a visit!

I flew straight from the airport to this place. I haven't eaten since 9 a.m. I made an order. A drink and 1 dish (from my experience in catering, I can say that shrimp and potatoes have a yield of 10, well, a maximum of 15 minutes). It took 25, I decided to clarify, after another 5, they said: "It's getting ready, it will be in 10 minutes." Obviously, my order was simply ignored. I'm late. The waiter says, "We have a big order for another table, we are preparing it." And since when has the consumer's priority in catering been determined by the size of the order?
There was no time to wait anymore, she asked for the bill. Special thanks for the apologies (which, of course, were not) to the administrator. She only timidly said, "What can I do? There's a big order, I can't put it off for you."
So, let me remind you that the consumer is not determined by the size of the wallet and the order. Such orders are distributed.
With a decent attitude, such an invoice is not paid, as the service was not provided with high quality.

It's quite cozy and clean. The staff is friendly, ready to prompt and help with the selection of dishes and drinks. The beer is not bad, at reasonable prices. There are no questions about the kitchen either, I liked everything. And I probably don't remember such a fast pitch. Credit, definitely! I recommend it!

Unfortunately, we ended up with friends in this institution, absolutely everything is disgusting.
The waiters behave inappropriately, do not hear the appeals, interfere in the dialogue, impose the purchase of strong alcohol.
There is not a single decent position from the food, the beer seems to be diluted. The waiting time for one glass is from 10 minutes to an hour and a half. Empty glasses and dirty dishes are not taken away, and napkins are out of the question.
Unfortunately, the evening was irretrievably ruined, and the cost of the order was finally finished off, since a cheeseburger that didn't even look like 3 rubles cost 20 rubles.
I highly recommend this institution if you want to get in a bad mood, negative emotions and see an example of how it should not be.

Today, while walking around the city, we went to this institution. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong.
