3 - the answers come in the style of "the fool himself". No specifics about why it went down or why it went down. It all comes down to the fact that the client himself is wrong.
4 - Security has been overdone so that even holes have appeared. I have a real example where unauthorized access to the site's console was closed, but a loophole appeared)))
5 - They even overdid it with their personal account. Two-factor authorization - yes, it's cool. But not in case of an accident. The client will want to write, but it won't work that way. The obligatory "dancing with a tambourine" is included.
It may be worth giving mobile providers the opportunity to build 4g networks and base stations for them themselves. Otherwise, your antediluvian base stations without the support of most bands and past 4x4 will lead to very good mobile Internet. Probably only in our country 4g Internet is worse than 3g…

At first, we solved the problem with hosting with them for about a month, then with domain name registration, this week we started sorting out documents about e-mail - impenetrable slowness...
