The music is screaming very loudly from the very morning until night!!! It can be heard with the windows closed in the neighboring new houses on high floors. All residents of the neighboring buildings suffer from the noise from this hotel!
When they approached the owner of the hotel and politely asked him to make it quieter, the OWNER VERY RUDELY REPLIED THAT he WOULD NOT MAKE IT QUIETER and that he DID NOT CARE that something was bothering someone. Despite the fact that many residents of neighboring houses have already approached him with the same request to make it quieter — to no avail.
We strongly do not recommend this place, as the owner behaves inappropriately!!!!

A hotel with special features. It was out of season, so the hotel was practically empty.
Among the advantages: closed territory, clean, fresh rooms, clean bed linen and snow-white towels. The absence of fungus and mold. Unobtrusive staff.
The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, tea pairs. As well as a shower set, including disposable slippers.
You can also use an iron and ironing board. There is a lot of greenery on the territory and it is very cozy. It should be nice here in summer. 3 minutes to the coastline, proximity to the airport and near a beautiful park and a large shopping center.
The price was reasonable at the time (October). We rented for a month, for $ 404, the simplest double room, but I'll tell you right away the optimal time to stay in such a room is from a few days to a week. There were rooms for more people and even with a kitchen. Accordingly, it is more expensive. Of the conditions, payment was offered immediately a month in advance, without collateral and refund in case of early eviction.
Of the cons: there is a construction site on both sides, new buildings literally hang over the territory, blocking the entire space. All day the sounds of construction. But the windows are soundproof enough, so it wasn't particularly inconvenient.
Room cleaning for an additional fee, change of bed linen and towels as well. Moreover, it is far from budgetary. It was much cheaper to take it to the laundry, but there was a problem where to dry it, because due to the humid climate and rains, even an ordinary T-shirt could dry for several days.
Washing your own or bed linen for a nominal fee on site.
The kitchen was not working. There were no breakfasts. There are only a couple of small shops nearby where you can buy basic necessities. There are no cafes nearby.
Of the features:
The employee who checked us in took us away.. the remote control from the air conditioner. He said he could keep it for an additional $50 payment. He explained that there was such an agreement with the owner that they did not charge for his services, so the air conditioner was paid for.

A good hotel for your money. There is a good selection of dishes for breakfast. The staff is kind and helpful. Near the airport, if you look at the flight schedule, you can watch the takeoff and landing of planes overhead.
