Calangute Beach (Calangute Bearch) is the only beach in North Goa, which was visited on March 4, 2023, located in the resort town of the same name. A very popular beach with developed infrastructure. I was amazed by the huge number of vacationers on the beach. I liked the wide range of entertainment services. There were a lot of sun loungers, but, alas, everyone was busy. There are also a lot of Shacks. Within walking distance from the beach there is an abundance of houses rented to tourists, hotels, endlessly stretching shopping malls with souvenirs, jewelry, cotton products. The prices of goods for tourists here turned out to be 2 times cheaper than in the few stalls on the beaches of South Goa. The wide strip of white sand beach was almost completely filled with vacationers, both under umbrellas and standing on the shore. There are a lot of people swimming in the sea or just standing in the water near the shore. At every turn, there were noisy companies of local men in identical T-shirts, which amused us. This is how this cheerful, noisy resort beach is remembered for those who want to have a good time. When approaching the beach, they noticed casinos, and more than one, restaurants. Parking on the beach is paid (100 INR).
