We lived in this guest house for three weeks. The room was on the fourth floor. Of the advantages, I can indicate the proximity to the sea, the presence of a swimming pool (which does not really help with such heat), the staff can cook you something to eat in the kitchen, there are also various drinks available.
Cons - proximity to the road and this is trash for those who are light sleepers. Every self-respecting Thai considers himself obliged to attach a ramjet exhaust to his bike or car with as many decibels as possible. In addition, there were houses for rent near our guest house, where locals liked to visit whole families, especially on weekends. And that would be all right, but for some reason they were constantly trying to create competition for Thais on bikes (especially after midnight). Add to this the almost hourly fireworks launches until the morning. And the cherry on the cake is a road company starting to work on excavators at seven in the morning.
P.S. Personally, at the end of my vacation, I moved to another hotel.
