The pickup order was placed by phone at about 18 hours. The operator announced a waiting time of 1h20min. I was satisfied, I was in no hurry, but I did not receive any messages or calls about the readiness of the order. They dialed the operator themselves after 1:40, and they made us wait again. I arrived about 2 hours after the order. The restaurant was completely disappointed. The waiters are milling around the counter. They accept the questions and go for a walk. So no one gave information about the readiness. After 40 minutes, we are served a COLD, dried pizza (as seen in the photo). Pepperoni pizza is described with greens, in reality it is not (visible in the photo).The waiter never came up to us, his face made it look like he didn't give a damn about the customer. The pizza was taken out by a guy from the kitchen, he talked politely and courteously, but everything was already ruined.
I do not recommend visiting this institution, and the management needs to pay attention to the behavior and work of the staff. That's not how they work in the service sector.

Service: Yes, the staff are smiling, but the service is disgusting, they forget to bring the appliances, even though the food has been on the table for a long time. When you need something, you can't catch the waiter, they're mostly not in the hall, they occasionally come out to take out food. Requests are often forgotten, and when ordering at home, I brought food without onions, but they miraculously stayed in place.
Delivery: just a nightmare. The delivery time is one thing, but in fact it is completely different. Instead of the promised hour, you can wait 2-3. Couriers are not able to go up to the floor, although I asked for it, the entrance is open. The food after the so-called delivery looks like porridge.
Feedback: this institution does not want to solve problems. There are always thousands of apologies and that's it. It's much easier that way. When trying to book a table, I called two people a little bit, no one called me back. And only after I wrote to VK did the administrator call me, but not from the number listed on the website.
All in all, I've reached a boiling point. Previously, it was a very comfortable place where you could really relax and unwind, but now to talk to the administrator you need to call for two days and write to all social networks.

I liked the pizza and lemonade very much, but the disgusting freshly squeezed orange juice was heavily diluted with water, the waiter served it in a spilled dirty glass with garbage. Pizza was ordered 600 grams, brought 900 grams, and after asking, they replied that 600, but everything is different in the bill. It's very hot in the hall at the entrance, put fans on at least.
