Nice houses, cozy, clean, hospitable hosts. But it is very expensive for Abkhazia as a whole. Not a very good location, speaking of price, it's far from the sea, there are no shops nearby, it stands right next to the road, where there is constant traffic. To spend the night here, yes. But I would not like to live the whole vacation. As a result, they found it cheaper and right on the seashore, and the houses are the same, also clean.

We had a rest with my daughter in July 2023, an excellent base, new houses, new beds with comfortable mattresses, everything you need is there, the rooms are well-appointed, very nice interior) Hostess Anya, an expert in her field, any problem was solved quickly, quickly organized excursions, kebabs and everything you need for a cool holiday))) The sea is 5 minutes away, the water is clean, dolphins swam in the morning- an unforgettable sight)))There are huge eucalyptus trees around the base, a pine grove along the shore, the air is very healthy! We will definitely go back there!It is impossible to visit all the most beautiful places of Abkhazia at one time! Thank you for a great stay!

Everything is fine, very clean and tidy, the hostess is Russian, which is a huge plus!!! There is a shared kitchen with new dishes!!! The house has a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet, there is a terrace where you can spend evenings. To the sea 7 minutes on foot, the beach of the pension Litfond, where you can take sun beds for free, as well as go to the dining room of the pension breakfast + dinner 450 rubles. Horseback riding is across the street, a three-minute walk from Inkit lake, where you can fish for free, carp, carp, pike and perch. The guest houses are new, the base was opened in July 2023. The only drawback is that it's a long way to walk to the shops without a car, but minibuses run. I will not lower my rating for this.
