My question is, who should eliminate and replace pipes down the street in the private sector? The neighbors broke through the house, the whole street was turned off, the staff said change it at their own expense, at the meeting the owners decided to chip in 150 k and replace the pipes so that everyone had water, which they did! What is the attitude and who is responsible, or can they just turn off the taps now?
