Quite a cozy hotel, with Parking on both sides (in the courtyard - closed, guarded), on the ground floor there is a conversation area and a modern self-service coffee machine. The hotel itself is on the third floor. Very good service, polite staff. The rooms are clean and cozy. Good mattresses, good bedding, everything is ironed, plumbing works perfectly. Due to the situation (see the date of my review), of course, not every guest will be able to fall asleep, as the sounds of gunshots and other dangers. The hotel has a diesel power plant, which guarantees that you will definitely be with electricity.

Nice rooms, stayed on the 3rd floor. The rooms on the left are better, but also more expensive. Special thanks to the chefs. The food is homemade. There was a flight in January, the boiler room on the 6th floor was smashed. The hotel staff quickly solved the problem by using electric heaters

Considering the situation, it is an excellent hotel in this part of the world. Yes, there was a flight and part of the building was destroyed, yes, there was not always hot water and heating, but there is a war going on, and here there is a clean bed, polite staff and delicious coffee in the vending machine on the ground floor.
We stay here regularly and satisfied.

The Tsentralnaya Hotel (formerly Rodina). A nice, pleasant place. The room on the third floor for 4 people is just great. We stayed there several times - everything is wonderful: the room itself is spacious, 3 rooms and a bathroom. Each room has a TV, a small refrigerator, air conditioning. and what is important - free WiFi. In winter, it is well heated, the rooms are comfortable and warm. There is always hot water. I really liked it. Quiet and peaceful. There is also a guarded parking lot. There is a beautiful Revolution Square nearby. On our next visit to Gorlovka, we will definitely stay there!

The elevator is not working. The refrigerator in the room did not work. There was no air conditioning in the room. And all this in the terrible heat. The staff is polite.
