I would like to express my deep gratitude to the BasTur company for organizing our vacation. We have planned a trip to Thailand and are very glad that we entrusted the entire organization and assistance in choosing a hotel to this travel agency. We are 10 out of 10 satisfied with the hotel, the work with the manager and our trip in general. We were told in great detail everything about the move and the flight the day before. We told as much as possible about the place where we rested, which made us feel immediately confident. I can safely recommend Basture to anyone who plans their vacation ❤

We would like to express our gratitude to Valentina for organizing a vacation in Bahrain. A wonderful tour was arranged with departure from Moscow, flight by Bahrain National Airlines. The hotel is great, with its own beach. The kitchen is a buffet. Everything was delicious. An absolutely secular country with its own history and culture . I managed to go on an excursion-100%. You can safely travel around the country on an Uber. We rested on 07.12.24-12.12.24. The weather is good, it's not hot, but you can sunbathe and swim quite well. We combined our vacation with the Eminem concert, so there are a lot of impressions. We recommend that you contact the services for the selection of tours to Bastour.!

I can confidently recommend the BasTur agency for travel and travel. We went on a tour of St. Petersburg+Tsarskoye Selo. Everything was organized perfectly, starting with the paperwork and ending with the tour itself. Comfortable buses, a cool hotel with guaranteed check-in (in some agencies it is a lottery), modern, comfortable and close to the metro, several stations and you are in the center!! An excellent excursion program, rich, but at the same time there is free time for walking around the city. A good escort on a trip will always additionally remind you of the time of departure for the tour. We took into account our wishes for boarding the bus. St. Petersburg is a fascinating city with its architecture, history and culture. Our recent trip of 6 people to this amazing city left vivid memories, and we decided to share our impressions. It is important to note that this trip was organized by a professional team, and we would like to thank both Marina's guide and Anastasia's manager for their hard work and attention to detail.
Upon arrival at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. The rooms were spacious and the atmosphere was cozy. Special thanks once again to Anastasia's manager, who made sure that our wishes were taken into account. The hotel also offered breakfast, which was a great start to the day, allowing us to recharge for a busy program.
Excursions have become one of the main components of our trip. Despite the intensity of the program, we never felt tired or overwhelmed. The Marina guide, with whom we were lucky enough to travel, deserves a special mention. His deep knowledge and ability to captivate listeners made each tour unique.
If you haven't visited this amazing city yet, we strongly recommend that you do so. St. Petersburg will open up new horizons for you, immersing you in its magic and atmosphere.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. I went on a bus trip from this company to Nizhny Novgorod. The bus broke down at least 6 times during the trip, everything was broken in order: shock absorbers, belts, hoses. How could you give such a bus for such a long distance?? How can you endanger the lives of more than 70 people?? Due to constant breakdowns, we lost a lot of time and were late for the event we were going to. The road to Nizhny Novgorod
The trip was 20 hours, the return trip was 21 hours instead of 14 hours. Constantly during the trip, something dripped from above. The bus is old and uncomfortable. There was a puddle in the passage.
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. TAKE CARE OF YOUR LIVES, DON'T COME HERE!!

Be very careful when working with this agency!
In general, the organization of the tour to St. Petersburg is good. Great hotel.
But!
When ordering an additional excursion to Karelia, it was NOT reported that the bus collects tourists at a completely different metro station, which takes 40-50 minutes to get to by 5.30 am. The directions were sent to us late the night before. After a difficult overnight move, it would actually be another night without sleep. When I decided to cancel this tour, there was a stampede from all sides, and even the director himself began to call and write with threats that he would sue the dream because of the refusal. He wrote that this is a common thing for them, i.e. we can conclude that this is not an isolated case. At the same time, this tour was not included in my contract in the tour program.
Bottom line: the mood is spoiled and the impression of the whole trip is too.
I strongly recommend checking all the details with the agents at the conclusion of the tour, since the staff misses such important details.

I do not recommend this travel agency!
We went to St. Petersburg for a weekend in June on a double-decker bus (73 seats) with colleagues of our organization.
1. The bus was delayed for 1.5 hours and all this time we were standing on the street. No one even apologized. But when our colleague was delayed for boarding in St. Petersburg for 0.5 hours, the guide Nadezhda threw a tantrum that she would not wait and would shorten our tour by an hour.
2. The bus itself looks terrible from the outside and inside. The photos on the site do not correspond to reality!
3. The air conditioning is not working on the bus on the 2nd floor. When we went there, we were told to wait 2 hours for the bus to warm up (at +20 outside!). And on the way back, wait, the sun will set soon and the hatches will be blown.
4. The driver, when asked to carefully put the bag down, because she was carrying a box of chocolates as a gift, threw it at me and shoved it. Thanks for not using my foot.
5. Breakfast. Upon arrival in St. Petersburg, we had breakfast in a "Plate". The breakfast was very tasty and quite large. Next, we had two breakfasts in lunch boxes. Before the trip, we were promised that there would be enough for breakfast and lunch. I am attaching a photo. They obviously saved a lot on us.
6. Valo Hotel. Before the trip, we were warned that we have a lot of people, so the check-in will be in two buildings in VALO Business and VALO Network. They said they were the same, it's just that VALO Network has specific red furniture. I was lucky to get into the VALO Network. The red furniture did not bother, the double bed on the podium with a narrow passage through the TV on the wall (it was very convenient for a person sleeping by the window), the beautiful view from the window of the old production building (photo attached) and the disgusting work of wi-fi (which could not be connected for a long time, because it caught only about the front door or in the hallway). Everything would be fine, but we saw pictures of the VALO Business building number and the view from the window! And there were no problems with wi-fi in this building, and there was even a washing machine, and the rooms were 2 times larger in square footage! Photos of the rooms of the two buildings are available on the hotel's website. It was also possible to see the cost of living in these two buildings on the hotel's website. Having settled 10 people in the VALO Network building, they saved a lot on us! No one has reduced the price of the trip!
It is only thanks to the guide Polina in St. Petersburg and a good company that I consider the trip to be good! And I wish the travel agency not to save on corporate orders, fulfill its promises and upgrade its fleet!

It is the third time that groups of schoolchildren of different ages come from Moscow to Belarus. These sightseeing trips are organized by the travel company Bas Tour. We really enjoy working with this company. The staff is always in touch, take into account any requests and wishes, they have never let us down. The group returned to Moscow early this morning, all the guys, parents and accompanying teachers are very happy with the reception and food, and most importantly, the wonderful girl guides Alesya in Brest and Evgenia in Minsk. Educated, well-versed in the past and present of their country, enthusiastically, intelligibly and interestingly delivering material suitable specifically for this age group of schoolchildren (this time we had mostly seventh graders). In addition, Evgenia talked a lot about the peculiarities of education in Belarus, which was interesting to both the children and the teachers, and a lot of things that we did not know. The food was delicious and satisfying, which is also important, given that the guys spent a lot of time outdoors and walked a lot. In general, the trip was a success thanks to the well-coordinated and conscientious work of Director Valentina and her staff, bus drivers and tour guides. We thank everyone for the conscientious performance of their duties and wish the company further well-being and prosperity.

I flew with a friend to Georgia in the fall (from September 9 to September 22, 2024).
