I was on vacation in Almaty, decided to go bowling. I chose this place because it was close to my hotel. A small 8-lane play area, it was Wednesday afternoon, there weren't many people. Everything would be fine, but only 4 stars for the fact that there were no balls larger than size 11, and I usually play 12th, and also at the end of the game I was very surprised that there was a sharp smell of nicotine, which I can't stand at all, so I ran away from there as quickly as possible.

We went bowling with friends (I can't say for other types of entertainment).
They took two hours, they put a track for us. They started playing. The equipment very often hung up and did not give out balloons. After a while, the delivery of balls was repaired, but the installation of pins was just as terrible and sometimes some pins were not even placed. After that, the employee moved us to another track, but there is the same story. We were already transferred to the third, but that didn't help either. As a result, we were able to somehow play once in an hour and asked for money back for the second hour. Thank you for returning it at least for the second hour. In general, it is impossible to play normally. We will not come here anymore :(

We've been there many times before, it was better. The furniture and interior are very tired. The tracks also don't look fresh for a long time. When they came with the children, they were reluctantly given shoes, before that they were offered to put on just shoe covers on their shoes. Served by one waiter at all, did not have time, as it is physically impossible. We waited a long time for the order. The only positive thing is a good kitchen. We won't be coming back.

Billiards is just terrible, the 2nd track is all fucked up, There is almost no oil on the tracks, The balls are just terrible, they break every 5 minutes, everything is EXPENSIVE! except billiards.
The building inside is pleasant (not counting the bowling alley, it also has disgusting music) there is a wardrobe.
