The best hotel in Zhanaozen. The best team works there! Raushan is a wonderful, responsible, professional person. The guys in the restaurant (from the manager to the waiters) - 5 points. Attentive, responsible, friendly, despite the whims of the guests! It's just a fairy tale for the organizers. Thanks!

It is quite a normal hotel for Zhanaozeni,
Positive:
+ a passable restaurant with an acceptable breakfast and delicious set meals;
+ clean;
+ karaoke;
+ convenient location;
+ attentive staff.
Cons:
– small rooms;
– noisy (due to the presence of quite in–demand staff and karaoke) - it is not always possible to get enough sleep, especially on the eve of some holidays;
- the Internet is very bad.

We were at the banquet, we really liked it 👍👍👍the cuisine is great😍all the salads are delicious,the second courses are really chic🔥🔥🔥the waiters are fast and good😍 I recommend it to everyone
