It's not a bad place. Especially for beginners. I live in a dorm, so I'm just around the corner. There is enough training equipment to pump all the major muscle groups, but for further progress in strength training, you will need to change the gym to another one. There are no crowds in the gym, so in most cases the gym equipment is free, but there are days when crossfitters come who occupy the entire gym, which is quite frustrating, because you have to wait until they finish. As it is, the place is not bad, there is a shower, but open space, so to speak. The workers are kind. Fortunately, there is a 50% discount for students, but I don't see the point in overpaying more than 50%. It's better to go to the far side, because it's definitely not worth 8k per month for 12 trips. So the bottom line is: for a student, especially a dorky one, who is going to start training, this is a good option. But I don't advise you to say anything about the others.
We recently discovered a swimming pool. The staff is polite, the service is normal. The wardrobe is working. The bus stop is nearby. Everything is fine. You can purchase a subscription for different tastes and preferences.
