I was in August of the 21st year. The restaurant is gorgeous, the food is at the highest level, I will come to Abkhazia only for Basla. I advise everyone!
Sunday evening, 1.5 waiters. Neither soup, tea, nor vodka were brought in 40 minutes. Ants are running around on the soft white sofas, there is no soap in the toilet. The music is too loud, probably as a bait.
I was there with my family a couple of times about 15 years ago. Once they celebrated my birthday in a gazebo on the street, the second time they just went to have lunch. In the first case, everything went well, delicious dishes, not expensive prices. But on our second visit it was raining outside, we took a table inside. We waited for the order (chicken shish kebab) for more than an hour, we had already eaten everything and there was no need for a shish kebab, when it was brought, it turned out to be chicken bones burned to the coals, just one ridge. In general, we refused to pay for these embers and did not dare to eat them either. Last year we had a rest in the same area, we didn't go to the restaurant, but the noise from it was all over the neighborhood. Since there are no laws in Abkhazia ....... then music can be blaring all over the city around the clock. Until three or four o'clock, until the vacationers and guests get burned, they are yelling karaoke, laughing like horses. Horror. We moved out two nights later, we couldn't stand it.
The place is beautiful, but the service is terrible, they forgot about us at all, they brought the wrong bottle of wine that we ordered. When they asked for the bill, they brought the change incorrectly.
