Nice modern hotel, spacious rooms, cozy veranda on the 4th floor, delicious breakfasts! Near the Agrohab, near the shopping center, where you can go shopping
Of the minuses - we had a strange shower) there was not a single shelf for gels, shampoos, the water left badly, and the shower itself was not closed, you need to be careful with the water

We stayed for 1 day in transit, the rooms are not expensive in the hotel, there is an elevator, Parking in a closed area, the room has everything you need (air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, kettle), wi-fi catches well throughout the hotel and on the street, and especially I will note the balcony in the room! The hotel also has tables and chairs where you can sit wherever you want). The hospitable staff, they speak Russian, the owner met us, told us about the check-in, breakfast, etc. Breakfast from 9 to 11 at the hotel is chic, buffet, the range of dishes is huge and everything is very tasty, I really liked the hotel, if we come again, we know where to stay!

A nice and not very expensive hotel. Breakfast is included in the price. Unique, due to a spring with a rock inside the building) The staff is excellent. Everything is great. I spent the night 2 times. I met the owner, a great man. I advise everyone to stop here)
