The hotel is super, it met all expectations!
The location is great, you can walk to the old town.
The beach is super, clean and well maintained.
Everything was perfect for food, the night buffet was good, and no one was hungry after the flight. The food is varied, and there are excellent restaurants throughout the day.
The hotel has 2 large pools, one quiet and the other with music. Very convenient, you can choose according to your mood.
The staff is great, everyone helps, friendly.
The rooms are new, spacious, everything is there except for a toothbrush, it was strange) but the minus is not significant. Otherwise, everything was great, the minibar was replenished, the safe was free, they forgot to close it a couple of times - no one stole anything.
If you're just looking for cons, it's animation, it's not super active. But it was mostly sports games, a weak show in the evening, and karaoke (it was fun, everyone was dancing)
was quite enough for me.
The hotel is suitable for a quiet cultural holiday, music does not interfere, there are many foreigners. It may be a bit boring with children, although everything is adapted for children. Even baby food and a blender are on the shelf.
I showed photos and videos to friends and relatives - everyone really wanted to visit here. I think this is the best estimate without any words)

Answering frequently asked questions: we are 500% satisfied with the hotel; the food is very tasty and varied - meat/fish/fruits/vegetables/desserts/vegan/gluten-free/baby corner; the cleanliness of the room/hotel is 10/10; the comfort of the rooms/hotel infrastructure is 10/10; a gentle, child-friendly access to the sea is two steps and there's the softest silky sand underfoot in the water; the animation is super! The guys from the animation team are very attentive to children; interesting evening shows (if you need dancing until morning and carnivals, this is not the story!) first comes the mini-disco, and after 9, the adult program begins.

We were looking for a small hotel without noisy night activities, and taking into account the children (food, access to the sea, pools, etc.), we settled on Barut Goia initially because of the more Scandinavian style of architecture/design and based on information about the recent renovation.
The hotel is really "fresh" - the rooms/halls/bathrooms are all new, high-quality, tactile and visually pleasing. The shared bathrooms are clean, everything is available (well, you know). The rooms are large and consist of two rooms. Our Windows overlooked the water slides - there was no discomfort from the noise. Comfortable mattresses, clean linen, comfortable pillows. There are sliding mosquito nets at the exit to the balcony and on the windows. Curtains (my separate love) are just a total blackout!!! Excellent sound insulation; good air conditioners. There are a lot of hangers in the closet, a lot of shelves, drawers where you can put things. We went to an ultra-all-day refilled mini-bar (beer/cola/fanta/water plastic/glass/juice)
The hotel is located on the second line - on foot (you need to cross the road) it takes 7 minutes to walk to the sea; I read that such a dusty road is just creepy- in fact, not at all. There is a bus (the timetable is posted at the entrance to the main lobby) the trip takes 2-3 minutes. One of the wishes is until 11 o'clock, so that the bus runs every 15 minutes, and after that you can have a half-hour break :)
There are a lot of sun beds on the beach - very comfortable, quick-drying, umbrellas are not flimsy. Change clothes, shower, wash your feet - everything is there.
Gentle entry into the water, sand in the water-a separate relaxation. The beach has slightly rougher sand.
The territory of the hotel is divided into two parts (there is an underground/ground passage). The sides are almost mirrored, with the exception of the tennis court/basketball court and water slides.
The pool/sea bars are open from 11 a.m. - you can take drinks/ fruits/sandwiches/snacks/cakes/ice cream, etc.- everything is fresh and delicious, everything is replenished on time.
In general, we can say separately that the nutrition level is TOP- it seems to me that there is EVERYTHING FOR EVERY TASTE!! The administrator is always in the hall, the chef comes out and controls the layout so that everything is beautiful and in sufficient quantity. Since we were in April and had only captured the first days of May, the hotel was not fully filled yet (perhaps at the peak, I can't say otherwise), there was no hustle, fuss - everything was measured and calm.
There are two a la carte restaurants, recording, as usual, day after day (guest relations said that it is better to close the recording by 11h in full). We visited only 1-the children were not interested in waiting, although the service was fast. Therefore, they continued to eat mostly Inanna.
Friendly receptionists always greet us at the entrance to the restaurant (special thanks to Anastasia - she answered all our questions, is always ready to help -politely, kindly and with a smile!) We were supposed to leave the hotel at 12:30, just at that time the restaurant was just opening for lunch - they went to meet us and let us in at almost 12 o'clock.
On the ground floor (just where you can move from one part of the hotel to another) there are tables for table tennis (free of charge) billiards / air hockey / children's slot machines -you need to buy a token in Migros market, out of inconvenience - you can not pay by card or cash, only charger card - the best way to know in advance what course and how they will recalculate it.
There is a variety of music playing by the pools - softly, without strain. It's incendiary during the day, and relaxing in the evening.
There is an indoor swimming pool, a sauna/hammam and a spa area nearby.
There are no difficulties with changing towels.
Activities include darts during the day, beach volleyball, boccia, basketball, tennis court, zumba, water aerobics, etc.
Animation - a huge hello to Chikan!!! Easy, humorous, unobtrusive, incendiary, delicate - dancing, karaoke, contests - everything is GREAT!
I would definitely recommend a hotel for a relaxing family vacation! I really hope we'll be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel is very decent: rooms, service, staff, etc. are top five. Four-course cuisine: there is a large selection, a very beautiful presentation, but the main dishes are not culinary masterpieces. A wonderful hotel. Clean, well-maintained, cozy rooms, clean pool. Thorough cleaning every day. The restaurant has a varied menu: there are both national dishes and Mexican, pizza, for burger lovers there is a table where everyone can assemble a burger to taste, there is a vegan table, almost all the dishes were liked, there were no complaints, there is good alcohol in the bar, you can safely skip a couple of cocktails without consequences for your well-being. A bus runs from the hotel to the beach at certain intervals, if desired, you can walk. We were on vacation with an elderly mother, she had devices for people with disabilities in her room: special holders in the shower, ramps for leaving the room to the pool, there is also a special small crane with a seat by the pool so that everyone can use the pool. On the ground floor there is a laundry room, a shop, a fitness room, a gym, a spa, game rooms with slot machines, board games, there are also two tennis tables, air hockey and billiards. Mom went for a massage for three days and was very satisfied. There is an outdoor lounge area with hookahs above the bar. The hotel staff is very friendly, polite, speak English, Russian, German. A good children's hotel. Excellent food, accommodation. The pools are not deep, a maximum of 1.4 is very convenient on vacation with children.

One significant disadvantage is the road to the beach and the beach itself. There are no rescuers, no buoys. Locals fish with huge spinning rods. This is the first trip to the sea, when we preferred to relax by the pools…

We had a family vacation with 2 adults and an 11-year-old child in early April. We found the hotel ourselves. I liked that the standard room consists of two rooms. It is not far from the ancient city of Side. Side is a mini Antalya for me. Old shopping streets. Beautiful sandy bay. There is a place to walk.
The hotel is considered to be on the second coastline. We like to walk, so it's convenient for us. There is a bus to the beach. It takes 3 minutes to drive.
The hotel's guests are of all ages, mostly families with children from different countries.
Food is not the most diverse in our picky opinion, but there is always a choice. For me, less is better.. Strawberries 3 times a day. Favorite kaymak and ayran. We always buy them with us later.
We are very eco-friendly. We like that towels and bed linen are changed only on request. Bottled water is also not everywhere everywhere. Ask and take as much as you need. Food is not taken out for the whole company at once, but little by little as it is eaten. Separate garbage collection. In general, advanced hotels are gradually developing in an eco-friendly, and for them also a very economical direction. This is good news.
The room is worth making a separate room tour about it. Firstly, it is a two-room apartment. But for the price of a one-room apartment. This is a huge plus of 40 square meters without taking into account the large balcony. The renovation is very stylish and fresh.
Everything is very functional. A spacious living room with two sleeping places and a bedroom. Up to 4 adults can sleep in total.
There are a lot of pillows of different sizes. Nice striped cotton bed linen. Excellent mattresses. And there's even a mattress pad on my daughter's couch.
No vandal-proof hangers! And there are a lot of them.
Grids on all windows. Coffee machine. A kettle if you need it. High-quality cosmetics. No carpet on the floor. Laminate flooring in the bedroom, tiles in the rest of the area and even in the common corridors.
A beach bag as a gift!
The staff selection at the hotel is simply magical. They are all client-oriented, and it is clear that they love their work very much. We would like to mention the waitresses Pinar and Anastasia, as well as the animation director Cihan Toksoz.
We visited an a la carte restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine once.
In general, I really liked everything. We recommend it. It's a place where you want to come back again and again.

A great family hotel. The food is excellent and varied. The rooms are perfect, they all come with two rooms, large apartments. There is little animation, but here it is for an amateur. Spaghetti bolognese is the most delicious 😍 champagne and German beer are served on an all-inclusive basis. There is a super market where they even sell otrivin. At the end of the season, the water in the pool began to be heated. It's a long walk to the sea, but there is a shuttle service. And what pleased me, the hotel gives each guest its own beach bag of excellent quality. It is important that it is better to pay in euros, paying in dollars is more expensive. We had a family vacation from July 29 to August 5. Great hotel. Spacious rooms, fresh and modern renovation. We rested in room 1316. Pool and sea view. There are both pros and cons. Positive: sea view, sunny side, you can watch all the traffic by the pool and be aware. Cons: music from the pool, sounds of passing cars on the road.
The food at the hotel is good. you can eat 24/7. The hotel staff is focused more on Europeans. But mb eats Russian speakers. Everyone is smiling and always ready to help. Imported alcohol is both paid and free. 2 A la carte restaurants. one in each building. You can visit once every 3 days (so we were told). You can order 1 dish from each category in the menu.
The sea is an 8-minute walk away or there are frequent buses from the hotel. The sea is sandy. There are turtle clutches on the beach. 1 time at 9 pm we saw them go out and go to the sea. There is a taxi from the hotel to the old town for 10 euros. You can take the minibus number 10 to McDonald's and walk 15-18 minutes to the old town. You can change money at 54 Ataturk Boulevard. We were satisfied with the hotel, room, and food. I recommend the hotel!

Side for us is a daily walk to the old town.
Since our last visit, in 2022, a large-scale restoration has been carried out, the fountain has been restored by 50%, and the restoration of the entrance gates to the city is being completed.
All this needs to be seen.
It takes no more than 25 minutes to walk from the hotel to the center of the old town.

I liked everything, delicious varied food, live music in the evening, nice spacious rooms.
Minuses:
A hotel by the road if you do not like noise, then it will not be very comfortable for you or ask for a room on the mountains in advance. Here is a room on the mountains that is gorgeous.
They don't know how to make cocktails, if you like whiskey cola and gin tonic, then you will like it, mojitos don't know how to cook more complex cocktails either.
The bus takes 5 minutes to the sea and you will find a nice sandy beach there.
There are no shops nearby, but if you walk for 15-20 minutes, you can walk to shops with normal clothes.
Overall, I liked the hotel for a good 4+.

The menu is varied, everything is delicious, you can order a lunch box if you plan a morning tour. Water without restrictions. I didn't like the alcohol. Only in restaurants you can get better wine for an additional fee.
The room is very cozy. It is divided into a bedroom and a living room. There is a kitchen, a coffee machine, a kettle, appliances, a refrigerator with a bar (regularly replenished). The child's bed in the room is a regular playpen. The three-year-old was not put there. Shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, soap, lotion are available in the room.
There is a funky area with a playground and toys for children. In the evenings, children's activities with dancing. After dinner, you can even take popcorn.
Pools without heating. There are slides that scratch your back a little.
There is a scheduled shuttle service to the beach, but you can also walk. The beach is clean, the sea is clean. There is a locker room, shower, toilet, bar, umbrellas, sun beds.

A wonderful hotel! We spent 5 days in March 2025. Bad luck with the weather, but there's nothing you can do about it. The hotel itself is new, after restoration. The interior is atypical for Turkey, namely in a calm Scandinavian style. So was the music on the territory. The food is varied with high-quality fresh products, the dishes are clean. 7-10 minutes walk to the sea. There is a bus from the hotel. Antique Side is 10 minutes away by bus, and you can also walk. Excellent gym, open from 6 a.m. There is a free tennis court and padel court (1000 lire).

I liked the hotel. They were in October 2023. The kitchen is good. There is a small playground. The rooms are cool: spacious, kitchen-living room, bedroom, balcony, spacious bathroom - family room ☺️
BUT the water in the pools was already cold.
To the beach, either on foot (far from the best road) or a transfer from the hotel.
The beach is not bad, the sand.
The hotel itself is located on the outskirts. Side and the entire infrastructure, including monuments and cafes/restaurants, are at least 15 minutes away on foot.
The trip was overshadowed by the fact that the child picked up something at this hotel ... poisoning with all the consequences (I think it was in the children's pool).

A good hotel, probably the best of this level in Side on the second line.
The stay leaves only positive moments.
I would only point out that the Ultra all-inclusive level is not 100% consistent with the concept (there is something to compare it with), rather it can be called Ultra "economy" all inclusive.
It is noticeable that tourists from Russia began to visit it in large numbers relatively recently.
The majority of tourists are Germans and British. For example, animators (and there are only a few of them) do not speak Russian at all and cannot explain the rules of various games and contests.
The animation is aimed at children.
There is almost always a Russian-speaking "looker" Katerina in front of the reception. She will answer your questions and solve problems in her competence.
The hotel is divided into two halves. You can get from one to the other through an internal passage for buses or through an underground passage. It has shops, game rooms, a towel dispenser, etc.
There is a bus at the entrance to the hotel with the name, which takes tourists to the beach according to the schedule.
The beach itself- sun beds, umbrellas, fine sand, pleases with the abundance of space for guests and the absence of crowding.
But the toilet cubicle, shower and bar cause controversial feelings.
You can walk, but the road is a broken, dusty dirt road, along which buses travel to their beaches from several hotels.
The restaurant is pleased with the abundance of food, but there is practically no fish and the choice of meat is quite scarce.
The rooms are spacious and divided into several zones. Soap, gel, shampoo in dispensers. The usual set of toilet rubbish is extremely scarce.

A huge balcony with a "get-together" area - a table and 4 armchairs and a floor-standing clothes dryer.
The pools are heated and very comfortable for swimming, starting from zero to 1.4 meters.
The concept of the hotel implies non-cash payment for additional services provided (except tips).
You will be given a hotel card, expenses will be recorded on it and you will pay them upon departure.
At a reasonable price, the hotel will delight you with comfort and atmosphere.
P.S. In the photo with palm trees and a narrow pool, these are VIP rooms- they have their own pool.

And now the truthful review!
The hotel doesn 't look like a five at all ! On the plus side, friendly staff, daily room cleaning, and good la carte restaurants.
The rest is so - so . The sea is very far away, 10-15 minutes on foot along a very dusty, unpaved road, the shuttle runs once every 30 minutes (or even longer you have to wait).
Heated pools were announced , because they were in May, it was important, as a result, the heating was turned off on May 1 , the water in all pools ( even the one in the spa) is simply icy.
The food is meager and monotonous , seafood was served 1 time during the 11 days of stay ( squid rings and mussels ) , strawberries were pleased with the fruits ( there is no watermelon or apricots ) .
There is almost no territory , there is no place to walk in the hotel .
The kids' club works from 10.00 to 12 and from 14.30 to 17.00, an extremely inconvenient time for a small child and not enough.
In general, out of 10 of my visits to Turkey in different hotels, I did not like this one at all.

I liked the hotel very much, the rooms are wonderful, especially those that go directly to the pool. Good service, cleaning every day, clean pool and good sea to which you will be taken in 5 minutes by bus. Buses run every 15 minutes according to the schedule.
The food is quite tasty and varied, but you will not see any oysters, lobsters and shrimps. The fish is mostly dorada, but it is made both baked and boiled and grilled.

I am here now. The rooms are lovely. You will find a description on the website. Bathrobe, slippers, cosmetics, etc. everything is on the level. The main reason for the minus is food and drinks.
Of course, we won't stay hungry here, but we obviously don't want 5 stars. The pastries for breakfast are all yesterday's and the "oak" variety of dishes is not great. Alcohol in bars is mostly local. There is no Campari at all (only a local substitute) martini ha money (there is a local vermouth, by the way, not bad) whiskey of the average category. Efes beer. There is a Beaumont and non-alcoholic.
The beach is 2 minutes by bus, or 10 minutes on foot. The beach is large, with sun beds, towels and a bar.

I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken. They brought Iceberg lettuce leaves, chopped carrots, 3 cherry tomatoes, several crackers and cheese, like Parmesan, all filled with mayonnaise. I didn't find a chicken.
There is a lamp with a candle on the table. The candle was lit after 3 reminders, after 15 minutes.
I ordered fish. The menu includes fried bream (Dorada) and boiled sea bass. In the absence of acceptable fish in the central restaurant, this one seems to be a masterpiece of cooking. It is not poorly cooked and the serving is at a height. (see photo).

I ordered a Kem Brulee. Very tasty. There are no questions. I also ordered Baklava with ice cream. Baklava was brought, ice cream, apparently forgotten.

A wonderful FAMILY hotel! Children from 1 month onwards, a lot. Everything is focused on the convenience for children, if you ask, they will even bring a microwave to your room if necessary. Unexpectedly, we had a room with a kitchen. The rooms are very large, renovated, fresh. The food is excellent, there are many vegetable dishes, meat and fish, it's good that there are few variations on the theme of yesterday's leftovers + mayonnaise. There is always fruit. Chic atmosphere, 5-star hotel, calm atmosphere, convenient location, beautiful rooms.
80% of the guests are European and only 20% are Russian.
There are swimming pools, only heated for children, the beach is 10 minutes away, they take you by bus. The territory has its own water park.
And once again I will appreciate the cuisine, everything is very tasty. They have a very good cook, a large selection of food, and most importantly, all the food is of high quality.
The tours are also fine, for every taste.
The territory of the hotel is well maintained, it has been renovated, so everything is clean and brand new. There are 2 buildings located across the street from each other, but this is not a problem, there are restaurants and bars both there and there.

By cons: they don't know how to cook cocktails, sometimes dirty cutlery came across, well, the most important drawback is the road to the beach: 800 meters of dusty gravel, on which cars and buses travel, using literally the entire width of the road to bypass the pits, so it was uncomfortable to walk, to put it mildly, I had to ride a delivery truck, which is very small for so many vacationers in the hotel and extremely rarely walks (the first hour and a half in the morning - every 15 minutes, then - every half hour, sometimes the interval increases to an hour), there are stampedes, as if it were a minibus near the metro on the outskirts during rush hour. I had to adjust to the schedule of this bus.
