First of all, it's the work of the staff - 100% level, polite, kind-hearted, with a sense of humor (everything a visitor needs)! Secondly, it's delicious food (really not bad)! Even if you are not very moody in taste (and there is no dispute about tastes), the staff of the BARS restaurant, with their kindness, mood and sense of humor, will raise your time to the proper level. The establishment has deteriorated very much, the staff is arrogant and behave as if someone owes them something, I do not recommend it! Once it was really normal , but now, alas, only the name is old...

Bars has ceased to be a place of comfort, style and pleasant pastime...the waiter team has changed, each question has 5-6 calls, the specialties have become not tasty and the serving has changed, alcohol has soared in price, music from the waiter's hundred ....everything ..."Bars" -- goodbye.....
