Everything is fine, but the imposed services are not always fully real. So I ordered an individual yacht trip, a dive to the reefs and fishing, but I didn't wait for fishing, they sent me to the agents at the hotel and, alas, nothing could be proved. Everything is fine in the hotel itself except for room cleaning and timely replenishment of the bar.
I am in the hotel right now, there is no limit to my indignation. The staff is the worst, at the beach bar (Infinity) just tear it off and throw it away. You approach to place an order, ignores, as soon as he sees you, he immediately begins to go about his business (wipes the coffee machine, opens the phone, goes to the back room for a long time). Then, from under the stick, when you begin to remind yourself of your presence, you reluctantly "cook" for a long time. All cocktails are water with sweet water tasteless, I take a simple clean Martini with ice, so they manage to pour it from somewhere under the floor! I say no, I get it from this bottle with a label, he argues, like it's the same thing, you insist - it gives up, and you can see that the bottle is closed: it opens with a bang. And this is not just one bartender, everyone behaves the same way, the waiters in the same cafe work very poorly at lunch and at the Red Sea buffet, hide behind an umbrella, do not fit if you are sitting outside, "forget" orders (and this is just a glass of water for a child), do not understand English, we have even switched to Arabic via Google - they ignore it. The rest is expensive, we gave half a million for the ticket, and the service is one star, this is unacceptable. About the other nuances, a separate story: the ATM for currency exchange does not work, the Internet only started working on the second day and then with problems, there is no water pressure in the shower. They don't put body lotion on, the curtains are dirty. The food is an ordinary unremarkable choice, so far I liked only the Italian restaurant Ala carte.
The best hotel in Hurghada is definitely worth the money. Everything is at the highest level. Beach, pools, garden of Eden, restaurants for every taste. The perfect five!
We flew from Moscow to Hurghada for 6 hours on a Red Wings plane, and back for 5 hours and 25 minutes.
The only food they gave was a sandwich, which says it's with chicken, but in fact it wasn't there! On the way back, the chicken was laid. The TVs on the seats are turned off, the Wi-Fi is so slow that the multimedia system of the aircraft slows down, it is impossible to use. They boarded the plane both times through the sleeve.

Many people speak Russian, but not at the reception. But if necessary, they find Russian-speaking staff to translate.
Meal
In the main restaurant, I didn't really like the food, both in taste and variety, but I didn't go hungry. There are no watermelons, the melons are unsweetened.
I liked some of the dishes at Infinity and the Mexican restaurant, but not all of them. In the Egyptian they ate only for a late dinner on arrival and after the tour, there is no choice of dishes: grilled meat, modest salads, juices, ice cream.
I didn't pay anything at check-out, all the food was at the expense of "All inclusive".

Noise from the hallway can be heard through the door only if the neighbors are too noisy, shouting or knocking loudly on the door. Soft sounds are extinguished by the carpet.
We appreciated the absence of mosquitoes after recent trips to the Maldives and Turkey, from where the bitten ones returned.

We didn't watch TV. There were enough outlets to charge all devices only when all local appliances were turned off.

The beach is cleaned continuously, always clean.

There was always a wind in the morning, by 16-17 it became calmer and warmer, it was a pleasure to swim. But we swam in the morning, quite comfortably, small rare waves and ripples.
There are many beautiful fish on the reef.
Entertainments
The animators try very hard, they invite you to various events, many are Russian-speaking, talkative.
In the evening, a flute player played minus in the Infinity restaurant, we liked it.
There is live music near the restaurants, the singer is terrible.

There are few people, especially Russians. It's quiet and pleasant everywhere.
According to the all-inclusive program, there was an individual transfer, we drove only half an hour from / to the airport. They give out coupons for free services, including laundry, haircuts, massages, a jet ski and even an introductory dive. We tried a lot, we didn't regret it.
It is advisable to tip everywhere.
If you go on an excursion to Cairo, take a plane, quickly and conveniently. The bus ride is terribly exhausting (according to other travelers), although the difference in money is insignificant.
Before traveling to Egypt, I was afraid of the intense August heat, looking at the weather forecast - 42 degrees daily. However, in fact, it turned out to be not so scary if you are in the hotel premises, in the sea or in the pool, having previously smeared with sunscreen or in a closed wetsuit. By the way, they didn't let me into the Infinity pool in a wetsuit, it's unclear why.
Minuses
The carpet in the hallway, where the rooms are, is dirty, it has never been cleaned in my presence.
The most unpleasant thing was that both adults had diarrhea the whole stay, it became especially bad the night before the flight, it was good that they had medicines with them. The reason is unclear, because we knew about the risks in a hot climate and carefully chose food and drinks, we did not use tap water even when brushing our teeth, we suspect ice in drinks, but this is not accurate. I tried to seek medical help from the insurance company, being sure that my insurance was fully paid for, and then a surprise awaited me: it turns out that our Ingosstrakh insurance provides a deductible of $ 30. For those who have not yet encountered: this is the fee for the first insurance claim for each patient.
It was not possible to withdraw money from Gazprom's Union Pay card at the ATM of the hotel. In Cairo, pounds were withdrawn from an ATM near the national museum, so this is not a global problem.
There is no shower along the shore to wash the sand off your feet, you have to walk with full sand slippers to the shower next to the pool.
I had pleasant memories of my vacation, I liked the hotel, but I would not return to Egypt anymore. There was a girl Lisa at the reception, Russian-speaking, special thanks to her, she helped a lot, food - you won't stay hungry, just not my kitchen, the hotel is sooo clean, big, cool in general!

One of the most expensive hotels with disgusting service. Three times we could not pay for the late check-in, as there was allegedly no change at the reception. As a result, we had to take a car and drive to the old town.
As a result, we were late for the appointed time and the hotel management gave us a complete brain explosion. Endless calls and knocks on the door. We just couldn't get together. As a result, they forgot some of the things.
We were 20 minutes late from the paid time. Because of these 20 minutes, the whole feeling of the hotel has deteriorated.
But the complete rudeness was that the staff simply burst into the room without an invitation.
In general, this is not the attitude you expect for the announced cost. The hotel management did not provide any support and generally believes that men breaking into the room is normal. It is worth saying that the hotel is empty and these 20 minutes did not play any meaning at all. I do not recommend staying at this hotel and I prefer the more economical and better-cooked Tropitel sahl Hasheesh.
A wonderful hotel, well-groomed territory, a good SPA, competent masseuses, delicious, varied food, a pleasant impression was left by the fish restaurant, the pools are wonderful, the sea is a good approach, you walk knee-deep for a very long time, good animation, hello to Sarah! Would I like to come again? Yes, with pleasure!!!

The hotel is simply gorgeous, starting from the reception, where not only everything looks great, but also the smell and good wi-fi both on site and at the reception, the only thing that absolutely does not catch on the beach, I hope they will fix it next year. Super rooms, very spacious, well maintained and cleaned every day, polite housekeeping, there is a free minibar, refrigerator, bathroom where you can relax. A great bar in the middle of two pools, there are 3 pools in total, two of them are heated, I can recommend a private pool where there are no waiters and animation and no one will bother - quiet place and it is heated, in the middle without heating, but with a gorgeous view of the sea, merges with the horizon if you take a picture. The territory is very green and beautiful, flowers and grass are neatly trimmed everywhere, as well as a football field and tennis courts of normal quality, there is also a volleyball court, table tennis and a children's club with playstation 4. The place is expensive, not for everyone, but very beautiful and the kitchen is also of a high level, but meat is not very cooked, they try only when the head chef of their hotel chain arrives, he is a Turk and a very nice man, speaks Russian and English
The best hotel south of Hurghada. I don't even know what to find fault with. The entrance to the water is excellent. The long promenade is 2.5 kilometers towards Makadi Bay and 3.5 kilometers towards the center of Sahl Hasheesh. I have not tried the SPA, they will not surpass my Moscow masseur anyway. And I have already had a SPA in so many countries (Mauritius, Maldives, Zanzibar, etc.) that I would not be impressed by anything. Smoking is a real problem in the hotel, as in all of Egypt. And it's really boring.
