I won the case for financial and moral compensation that I filed with the Peace Veterinary Clinic, which was responsible for the death of my cat and explained to me as 'sorry, I have a distraction'. (Peace Veterinary Clinic) My goal in opening and sharing this case is not to win compensation; it is for those who read this comment to see that I am right before the court and to protect you from the damage that this clinic can cause to your animals, and to teach Barış a lesson in 'decency'. I also spent all the compensation I earned on stray animals. My one-eyed tabby cat, whom I adopted from the street when she was just a baby, died by dying and having her hind legs amputated for exactly 3 weeks due to incorrect blood transfusion, incomplete tests and misdiagnosis. During this process, the clinic owner, veterinarian M. Peace D.'s statement in the form of "sorry, I have a distraction" made the situation even more tragic. This luxurious-looking clinic offers a lackadaisical and sloppy service, far from the medical ethics of veterinary medicine. Veterinary Physician Prof. who was appointed to the case and prepared an expert report. Dr. F. Flame K.the report of the makes this situation clear. These issues mentioned in the report are not my personal comments, but the determinations of a professional veterinarian appointed by the court. The expert witness has clearly revealed the sloppy practices carried out at the Peace Veterinary Clinic seriously in his report. The findings in the report submitted to the court explain the errors and shortcomings in the painful death process of my cat in detail with not 1, not 2, but exactly 10 items. At the same time, all the procedures performed on my cat, including the medication prescriptions applied, were arranged after my cat's death. Expert Determination Result: As a result of the examination, the cause of the cat named "Chucky", which is the subject of the case, is not clearly known, that is, without a definitive diagnosis, as described above, inappropriately (blood group determination, dose, delivery rate, etc.) performing blood transfusions and finding test results that he stated that he did during his stay at the clinic, but could not document, not performing adequate and necessary tests for diagnosis, and aorta-thromboembolism was diagnosed without imaging, leading to the amputation of the patient's feet, not paying enough attention to the diagnosis and care of the patient, and it was concluded that veterinarians who deal with the patient were responsible for the causes of the patient's loss. Prof. Dr. F. Flame K. In a nutshell, at first M. Peace D. as a result, the sloppy and uninformed veterinarians of the Peace Veterinary Clinic caused my cat to die in pain. He himself, not even 1 day after the death of my cat, shamelessly called me and asked for money. (He mentioned that he spontaneously gave a 5% discount on the phone, but thanks to him, he's very kind about money(!)) During this period, I visited Barış Veterinary Clinic exactly 52 times (on average 2-3 times a day, I looked at my Google Location history). Close to the death of my cat, when I asked a question about my cat, Baris, who introduced himself as the Chief Medical Officer, asked me, "Which cat was yours?" he had said. Let's not be misunderstood; when he said this, only 2 cats were staying in intensive care at the clinic on the weekend, not 100-50-10. He is so relevant to the cases in his clinic. During this process, I also contracted a skin disease called Lichen Planus caused by stress, and lesions, blisters and bloody crusts formed all over my body (I also reported this to the court). Even though it's been years, I'm like, 'why am I here? Dec.'i cry as I remember the helpless looks, screams, cries of that animal looking at me, my 8-hour wait at the beginning of the last surgery, and the fact that their breathing at that moment became heavier and gradually died.
