I want to express my great gratitude to the top master Anna❤️We did hair tinting after unsuccessful coloring at home. The master has very successfully selected shades to return a color similar to his native one, the overgrown roots have disappeared, the yellowness has been removed and the color is as close to natural as possible, the hair smells very pleasant, crumbly and smooth. I did a cold restoration to the master, there was no badge, so I can't say the name, the head was washed with cold water, the whole head was greasy, the hair dryer felt like it was used for the first time, the scalp was burned, and I'm generally silent about the effect of the procedure, it just doesn't exist, but I have something to compare it with, and also advice to the owner of this institution - when you sign up for the procedure, you need to clarify which master you have signed up for and in good salons the master conducts a consultation before the procedure, selects exactly what the hair needs, but here they wanted something incomprehensible from me

I was on a cold hair extension with master Anastasia. It's just awful! All the hair is glued together, the transition from one's own hair to artificial is visible, the material feels like cheap kanekalon, and the appearance is the same. Payment was made using the calculation method for my work for the salon staff, but they lied about me that allegedly I was a model for a novice craftsman and asked for free training as well. This is slander, I am writing a statement to the court for spoiled hair and nerves. The capsules are sharp in the head like blades, a bunch of foreign hair is glued in, also stuck together, there are no rows and a terribly painful feeling and irreparable harm to the hair! After the visit, in case of dissatisfaction, you will be slandered and publicly mocked. Take a look at the previous responses to the bad reviews. I do not recommend it!!!

It is so terrible that it cannot be described. I signed up for afro, they recommended capsules on my temples, I agreed, since I came for the first time. As a result, I decided to withdraw after 2 months. Not only was not everything removed, but it also turns out that they had to comb and wash their hair, I learned this from the director of the salon. Naturally, they did not do this to me, she was shocked at my words, she did not expect that her employees were so incompetent. As a result, she suggested that I do the styling and trim the tips, and of course remove the rest of the build-up. And then I threw it into an emergency. If you want to go without hair, then go to them🙃 But it's better to find another salon😊
