I liked the hotel. Location on Honest 5 - all the main attractions are within walking distance. There are a lot of cafes and stalls around, and there is a great park nearby where parrots and storks live, which is unusual for us.The room is nice, daily cleaning.The breakfast is good. The staff is friendly. One manager even spoke good Russian. All employees speak English.The disadvantages are standard for Turkey, the view of a dirty street, jambs with plumbing, old (but once quite good) repairs. If Istanbul were to be re-located, I would consider it again.

We stayed at this hotel from March 23 to March 27, 2025. First of all, I really liked the location of the hotel: one minute and the metro, 2 minutes and the tram, 5 minutes and the marina. Within walking distance of Topkapi Palace, a couple of tram stops Blue Mosque, Basilica cistern and other attractions.
Secondly, delicious breakfasts: every day we took something new from the menu, and there was also a small buffet. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day. The rooms themselves are quite small, but when you only come there to spend the night, it doesn't matter. There is free tea and coffee in the room (capsule coffee machine), kettle, iron. I recommend the hotel

Great location, excellent, clean rooms, fresh furniture and linen. Delicious breakfasts, I can safely recommend this hotel to travelers in Istanbul!

The location is great! Quiet, peaceful and at the same time close to the marina and the tram stop! The room has everything, coffee, tea, soap accessories. The cleaning is good, towels were changed often. There are bathrobes. The breakfasts are good, everything is hot (omelette, pancakes, pancakes, etc.) is brought by order.
