An excellent choice for a budget vacation.
Convenient location, most of the attractions are 10 minutes away by taxi.
The rooms are clean.
The guys at the reception actively help if necessary.
From the wishes, it would be possible to slightly improve the quality of breakfast, but for such a price more than enough!)

I would especially like to note the kindness, friendliness and responsiveness of the receptionists. The hotel itself and the room stock correspond to the price-quality ratio. I got one star for the breakfast in the hotel (buffet), which was included in the price. It's possible that we were just unlucky, but all the dishes didn't look very fresh and didn't taste good at all. The very case when it would have been better not to have them 🙈 Nevertheless, the hotel left a pleasant impression, thanks to the administrators who hospitably welcomed us in a previously unknown country )

The hotel is for 4, the breakfasts are normal, clean, but I noticed that after three nights, the towels are the same, only hung as new), but this is not critical, I took off the star for the fact that there is a construction site nearby (but this is a temporary phenomenon, so the hotel Owner does not mind), as well as the location from the metro It's a bit far, but it's not critical either. I was with my 10-year-old son together, a completely normal hotel, I recommend it for a budget holiday

Not a bad hotel for not a lot of money! The staff is friendly, we made a discount for the accommodation! Laundry service, not a bad breakfast. The rooms are clean enough. If you arrive 1-2 nights, it is quite suitable! It's five stars short!

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean. It was hot because of the heating, I had to open the door and window to ventilate, the shower was comfortable, the plumbing was new.
There are several disadvantages:
Towels were not brought until they were told, although they took 2 passports at the check-in desk at registration, because the reservation was for two people.
The breakfast is poor. I haven't had enough. There are few fresh vegetables
There is no phone in the room.
There is no water in the room.
You have to go out for dinner, because it's just breakfast and that's it. There is no lunch either.
And so a comfortable small 2-star hotel)

A solid four. Very clean, cleaned regularly. But in order to clean the room, it turns out that you have to talk separately every time. And separately indicate whether to change the bed linen and towels. The bathroom lacks the usual shelves. The bathroom is very hot because of the water heater. Air conditioning does not work well in every room. There are not enough curtains for the window to screen from the light of the street lamps, not to mention the bright sunlight. Cleaning is done every morning not only in the rooms, but also in the lobby and corridors, but only with such a strong-smelling agent that it takes your breath away and it's hard to breathe. Some rooms have very hard mattresses - it really was a problem :(These are not complaints, but sincere wishes that would still need to be fixed, and there will be a really good hotel. The place is quiet, and in the evenings, the courtyard is generally very soulful. The staff is very polite, friendly, always ready to help, prompt and advise. In this regard, a solid assessment is excellent!

Well done, they settled us, I was with 3 children, they gave us a padded mattress for free, the rooms are clean, warm, the shower and the bathroom are clean, odorless. The WiFi is good. Breakfast was very tasty, especially porridge. I advise everyone! Keep it up. Price+Quality

It draws on its three stars, although the rooms are not very well thought out and the breakfasts are not particularly tasty. I had one outlet in my room for a kettle and a refrigerator. Turn off the refrigerator and turn on the kettle. I've warmed the kettle - don't forget to turn on the fridge. It's not very convenient.
And so a quiet place, unobtrusive service. But the staff are attentive and diligent, I liked it.
