For the first time in my life, I was faced with the fact that in an institution of this level they asked me to pay for containers (!) when asked to put the remaining dishes with me! I want to note that this is like a restaurant, it's not a dining room, and it's not a bistro. But for containers 660 tenge is normal for the owner.
Food. The meat is normal, the tobacco chicken is bad, the chicken is hard and not quite fresh. A chicken popsicle is something incomprehensible, absolutely inedible (ordered by a child, bit off 2 times). Grilled fish is good, it's hard to spoil it. Kubdari Georgian pie is quite good, but they ate much tastier in St. Petersburg, and even more so in Tbilisi.
We had a lot of sliced vegetables and greens left, and they asked us to put them with us.
The service was good, the interior was cozy.
But what else did not like. We were sitting on the summer porch, and the women were smoking cigarettes at the next table. It seems to me that you will not find this in any decent restaurant. It is a pity to spend money in such a place, because for the same budget we could have a nice time in more decent restaurants in Almaty: Nuala, Ogonek, terra.

We were there twice. It wasn't bad the first time. The second time they came to eat shish kebab, they waited well for a very long time, they brought shish kebab, crackers that pork, that lamb, since they were hungry, they somehow worried about these crackers, informed the official or the administration about it, zero reaction, only apologies, no complement, no discount, no way to compensate for the spoiled dinner, the bill paid at full cost. Don't set foot there anymore.

A ruined evening!
Despite the fact that the interior is very beautiful and the hostess is polite.
09.11.2022 19:00, I ordered grilled meat and vegetables, the meat was brought raw and even managed to bring raw vegetables, and mushrooms in white slime, but later they said it was mayonnaise, why is it really there? The vegetables are grilled, but okay.
I ate another dish, which was delicious and most importantly cooked, and asked to bring me the bill, saying that the meat was raw and so on. The manager's girlfriend came out, I calmly explained everything and asked her to calculate me and sat still waiting for the bill for 5-7 minutes. And now another manager comes up to me, I remembered her, Daria, and instead of calmly calculating me, he tells me that the cook and his assistants have just tried and said that everything is ready.
Please ask the first manager's girlfriend (I presented everything to her) it wasn't even cut, and the eggplants weren't pierced with a fork.
I'll go back to Daria. Not only did I wait all these 5-7 minutes for the bill while they were there, what they took away, and if they took it away, you need to do an analysis after the client leaves, otherwise 2:0, I'm in double frustration.
My conclusions:
1. Professional ignorance from Daria, but I'm not talking about the cook at all! If it had been, as he claims, he would have come out himself (initially)
2. I was very hungry because I was after a workout.
3. I was not offered a compliment, from the word at all. I would refuse, but this is a service.
4. Daria stood by her opinion, which indicates a lack of obvious loyalty to the client.
5. After my statement that it is not tasty and believe me, I know what Georgian cuisine is and Georgians do not cook meat with vegetables like that, Daria began to argue and say, we are not a Georgian restaurant at all. The name Vakhtanguri and the logo in the form of horns are a coincidence.
3:0, I met such a terrible dish and communication for the first time in my life, but I was not upset, I went to another restaurant and had a delicious dinner.
