It's a terrible place. I have pre-booked a table for auyzashar. The restaurant had assured me the day before that they had an iftar menu and charged me an advance payment. As a result, at the moment of arrival, the doors were locked right in front of the guests, they announced that they had canceled everything. That's how the negligent attitude to work and the irresponsibility of the Baoli workers ruined the evening:(

You know..usually, when reading bad reviews, you hope for luck or the bias of the one who put the review. But here is an exemplary bottom! There were no original cocktails or they didn't want to make them. There have been better classics. 10% service is not even worth a tip. Indifference is 8/10. The hostess is well done ✊

The Yes Hotel gives breakfast coupons to this cafe. Friendly girls , large portions of scrambled eggs with different fillings . Delicious cappuccino , modern atmosphere . Comfortable armchairs and sofas . From the cons, tables and dishes run away for a long time after the departing guests , so you have to sit down at an unrecognized table and sometimes clean yourself . Otherwise, it 's a great place , although they cook breakfast for at least 20 minutes , but they bake omelets and scrambled eggs in the oven .

I am a guest of the Ye'S Astana Hotel, where I stay every time I arrive. On the ground floor of the same building, there is a Baoli restaurant, about which today I will tell you everything that I have encountered as a citizen of Russia and do not recommend this institution to my fellow citizens.
A good cafe, if we talk about the cuisine and the assortment, which can be ordered at any time of the day with room delivery. That's where all the good things end. On the whatsapp messenger, orders are taken by an inadequate madam who hates Russians, who gets into an argument with a cafe guest, proving to you that the guest is a servant against her background of the queen. When ordering via messenger, you can confirm that the order has been accepted, and after 2 hours they can't say that they can't make an order, because they simply don't have time to respond to guests in the messenger, since they have a lot of people in the cafe. When ordering an order with room delivery, he messes up the Russians, creating difficulties in receiving the order (he forgets to send the waiter, leaves the order at the reception, although they are obliged to deliver it to the room door). The whole impression of delicious food is reduced to zero, thanks to the administrator of Madina, who apparently has a *** relationship to Russia and Russians coming from Moscow. After a number of comments on this employee to the director, the attitude of this employee towards me as a guest only worsened, became sarcastic and with a note of ridicule. Apparently someone's relative, since even the management can't handle her!!! Shame on the service in this restaurant, the main face of which is the deranged administration in the person of Madina. Because of such employees, everyone else suffers and the impression of the country as a whole is formed.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE.

Sooo slow service.
The order is accepted after 10 minutes (at best), the salad is cooked for 20, hot for 1 hour!!! When the hot stuff was brought, it was difficult to find baked pepper in a dish called "chicken breast with baked pepper", apparently it got lost somewhere along the way.
They refused to make a discount as a guest of yes apartments (although 4 days ago I was told that there was such a discount), and 10% was also included in the bill for service (you would not wish such service to the enemy). And the bill itself was carried for another 10 minutes, and then the terminal for the same amount.
During dinner, I managed to discharge my phone to zero - I entertained myself while waiting for food…
