"Baohong" is now our favorite hotel on Hainan Island. Price=quality. In the center of the active life of Dadonghai Bay. Shops, cafes, restaurants, fruits, pharmacies, spas and everything you need for a comfortable stay nearby, I left the hotel and walked without haste. The beach is 7-10 minutes away. We were pleasantly surprised by such a majestic hotel building, a huge beautiful lobby, a large reception area, and 4 elevators running fast enough. There is a large dining room and an additional hall with tables opens during rush hours, we liked it better. There is a clothing store next to the dining room, you can bargain if you like something. The standard room is small, although the hotel is not old, but the rooms are already in need of repair, they must have been cleaned. The window opens 30 centimeters to the side, again for safety reasons, so that no one falls out. China is about security everywhere. There are no balconies in the hotel. If you need better rooms, then take the deluxe rooms right away, they are located on the upper floors and they have better repairs. The room is cleaned every day, it is always clean, linen and towels are excellent, white light bathrobes, slippers in the form of rubber slates (reusable). There are beach towels in the bedside table under the TV, they are changed often. The safe is free in the room. Wi-Fi is free in the room. There are outdoor scales (the Chinese love sports and take care of their health). There are several Russian channels on TV. There is a refrigerator. An iron and ironing board are brought to the room upon request. Hair dryer. There are jars of gel and shampoo, toothbrushes and combs in the bathroom. Across the street in the second building of the hotel there is a Phoenix medical center (we didn't like it, but people go) and an outdoor swimming pool where you can swim during the day. There is a variety of food for breakfast. Porridge, boiled eggs and fried eggs, bacon, pastries, even dumplings, fillings have been seen, there are many types of greens and vegetables. Some Chinese dishes were offered, but we did not eat. There were watermelons and melons. There is no sausage and cheese, it is unusual. There is coffee, but just like a 3 in 1 machine, there is no other coffee in the hotel. Jupi juices from the vending machine. Black and green tea. The hotel has good guides who work from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day and help tourists (excursions, money exchange, questions about the hotel, navigation around the resort). China was pleasantly surprised. Good local people. Delicious cuisine. Beautiful nature and the sea. We will definitely come back!

Pros: the hotel is very conveniently located (close to the center of dvizhukha and the sea), a beautiful swimming pool with slides for children, daily cleaning, daily water, tea, gels, toothbrushes. Not a bad breakfast. There were no cockroaches. There was no smell of tobacco. Nice price. Cons: they don't go to the meeting in the requests when booking (they asked for a higher floor, settled on the 8th floor). The deposit is $100. The bed linen and towels were clean, but badly worn, and there were often dirty spots and holes on the bedding. The bed was changed 2 times in 12 nights. They are fined for damaged property (do not take towels to the beach). They only wash the middle, it's better not to look under the beds. The hotel itself is VERY tired. Breakfast is until 10-30, it is very difficult to get up because of the time difference, in many hotels breakfast is until 13-00.

A good hotel for children and parents to relax in. The rooms are large and spacious, there is a refrigerator, a small kitchen. The location of the hotel is very convenient in relation to other establishments, shopping malls, and the beach. We were unlucky with the weather at the end of February 2025 and the pool was cool, but the child swam and rode the slides when visiting the pool. On the downside, there are local or visiting Chinese who come for breakfast and smoke right in the hall. And so is China, which resembles our Sochi resort.
