I have been living in Karaganda for 5 years and have always ordered sushi only from you, everything has always been fine, but tonight is ruined. I found a hair in one of the rolls (my appetite was knocked off and my mood was spoiled. I also didn't like the fact that ordinary hosomaks became very miniature (there are no photos because I ate them first of all because I was very hungry, and started more interesting rolls and then the incident!!! there is hair or wool in the photo (I don't have any animals!)

The operator called us at 18:48 and said that the delivery would be within 2.5 hours + 10-15 minutes, but not 3 hours and 40 minutes! Despite the fact that there are only 2 houses between us - 600 meters (!!!) It's a 5-7 minute walk!
No one called us or warned us about the delay. We called ourselves at 21:52 and asked how much longer to wait? In response, they heard in 15-20 minutes, as a result, the courier delivered the order at 22:25. Apologies and reasons for such a long delivery were not heard at all.
Of course, we have already paid for the order, we can wait 4 hours, yes, 4 hours, take a day next time.
So they also mixed up the order. In addition to the Tempura set, we ordered Philadelphia De Luxe for 1,990 tenge, and found ordinary Philadelphia in the container and receipt for 1,790 tenge. As a result, our 200 tg is unclear where they went.
The sushi was falling apart, the ginger was dry and fine.
A complete disappointment. You've lost your regular customer.
