Terrible service. There is a lot of space but there is no sense. Of the 12 jobs, only the cash register and 2 more people work... sooooo long... these three people are redirected to each other via an electronic queue... You're walking in circles... You can walk for hours... is this normal?.. The turtle card is a complete divorce... they give it as a gift.. but in order to cancel or close it, it is only necessary to personally with a passport and in the queue sentries to the bank.... horror
