Here, the most terrible service personnel are not all of course. When I was waiting in line, I watched how the managers behaved. Many people from the upper floors run to the first floor, there are tables for customers behind the walls, but this place is not noticeable. The managers are hiding there, and meanwhile there were no real queues on the top floor. The place should be served quickly so that there are no crowds, they hide anyway, there is no control of managers at all. It's a complete mess. The managers do not answer the questions at all, pretending that they do not hear. And for just a question, they play football with each other.
