The most terrible bank in Kazakhstan. Managers are not competent. The bank's call center is the height of unprofessionalism. They can't solve a single issue. I highly do not recommend their services if you value your time and nerves!

I came to receive a transfer. The girl says, "Follow me." I'm coming. In front of some door, he turns around and barks: "Don't follow me!" Next: we make a transfer, issued documents for signature, starts counting money on a typewriter. He shows the cars on the scoreboard, says: "Look here, I'm counting." I'm looking. He immediately says: "While you sign the documents, what should I look at here?" I'm a little discouraged, to put it mildly. Customer orientation is zero. They issued only one transfer out of three, arguing that I am not a client of their bank (although neither the NBK nor the AFR impose such restrictions).

A small office with a limited number of banking services. Polite and qualified staff. There are almost no queues. Everything is very solid and neat, as it should be in a bank.
