I visited this bank on July 5 to exchange 100 US dollars. He arrived at 16:07, left at 16:57. The exchange operation itself lasted no more than 1 minute. It took 40-45 minutes to wait. The electronic queue algorithm in the bank does not work correctly: one queue for all customers. Customers whose service at the bank takes 1-2 minutes stand in the same queue as customers whose service at the bank takes 5-10 minutes. For this day, I put a big and fat minus on the jar. It is also necessary to conduct regular customer-oriented trainings for bank employees and those responsible for the hall.
