I happened to come here recently in order to open a loan "For native goods." Sociable staff, competent specialists. They explained everything clearly, explained the list of necessary papers. This is the only branch of the Bank in Brest, small, but providing a full range of banking services))!

The bank is good, but it loses out in buns compared to other banks. I took out a loan, but when I arrived at the bank, it turned out that I needed to buy a VIP package and everything became like the others. That is, the VIP package was equal to the amount of interest for the year. But the rest of the trouble in Brest with this bank is that there is no cash desk on weekends and, in my opinion, there are 1 or 2 ATMs in the city.

I have come across many banks in my life, but this bank is simply "unique"!! I don't want to say anything bad about the bank's employees, but about the bank's cards, which cannot perform even a small proportion of payments and transfers, especially calculations on the Internet. And also, to get through to a bank specialist, you need to be patient, because they can answer in an hour, and if you order a callback, then in a couple of days, as was the case in my case. Why is there such a specialist sitting who cannot solve the issue, they constantly ask you to wait, switch to ask someone, and then they give you information. Put ATMs in the city!!!! One ATM near the bank itself, and the one that gives out money at a minimum of 50 rubles!!! And if you need to withdraw 20 or 40 rubles!?
