very lazy employees. the bosses are also lazy and irresponsible. robbers broke down ATMs near their branches, so the bank's management doesn't have enough brains to install new ones. collective farmers are dumb. and a modern person should wait for the bank to open at 10 o'clock in the morning in order to perform the necessary operations, just like in a village. a very non-client-oriented environment. they spit on the client and his needs. I'm waiting for this carelessness to respond to them and they will start losing customers and money.

The bank is almost useless. Transfers between bank clients do not work! Forget about p2p. Swift doesn't work. You come to the bank to find out why, I can't answer anything and they can't do anything. The app is poor, the support in the app in the chat can't do anything, responds for weeks. It is not possible to pay with a card for transportation in Batumi. Although my Uzbek visa works fine. You can only put cash into the account and pay in the store for everything their card is capable of. I do not recommend it, it is better to consider another bank.

I was at the bank today. There was a problem - the deposit was not displayed in the application. The queue is electronic, it stood for no more than 10 minutes. He came in the morning at 10:30. Special thanks to the bank employee Marika! She answered all my questions about the account, deposit and savings account. It turns out that there are different products :) The bank itself - let's take a look/ see :) And I recommend this particular department. It is much more convenient and faster than in Tbilisi, where I opened an account.

The bank is very popular and other offices are similarly packed. Also, this bank is the most convenient in terms of commission if you withdraw from another bank's card. It also has no withdrawal limits. When transferring large amounts, they promise that they will not ask for documents about the origin of funds.
