I have been using the services of a parcel for 5 years, I ordered from the USA, Germany and the UK. Package packaging is always great, that's what I like the most. A fairly convenient personal account, parcels are quickly deposited (especially if you create an expected parcel). It takes a long time to pack (several days). Delivery times are different, recently more than a month from Germany . Back in the spring of 2024, it took 2 weeks. So far, everything has been without losses.

I've been wanting to buy a parka from The North Face for a long time, I applied for services in a Parcel and did not regret it! I had a coupon for purchase assistance for my first purchase, and it was very useful: the store does not deliver goods to warehouses, so they helped me with delivery to a private address. I was also advised about the sanctions on the product (look at it carefully when ordering in the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus!), suggested how to solve the problem, and suggested some nuances for filling out the declaration. While tracking a parcel inside the United States, I noticed that the store had delivered it by OnTrac, so I additionally requested a photo of the parcel that arrived (you can read reviews about OnTrac to understand the reason for my concern). Even during the upcoming Black Friday period, the request was completed fairly quickly!
After making sure that everything was OK, I decided to arrange delivery to Kazakhstan so that the jacket would not fall under US sanctions. It took about a month from the moment of purchase to the receipt of the parcel in Kazakhstan! I am very glad that I received it before the New Year and frost, safe and sound.
The park itself is of very high quality, such original goods are sold at a high margin in the Russian Federation (if they are sold at all), so even taking into account shipping, duties and all kinds of commissions, I was able to save more than 15,000 rubles.

Once again, I ordered through a Parcel a whole box of things that I bought at the winter sale in Zara Germany. We packed everything with all our heart, the parcel arrived in just 15 days. There were no problems with customs. This time, however, the guys removed the white wrapping paper from the parcel. In the following parcels, of course, I will make a separate note so that it is left. It doesn't add much weight, but it's useful on the farm. But there is still a ladle of tar in this barrel of honey, namely the shipping cost. Judge for yourself: in March 2024, I was charged $66.22 for a 16kg parcel, and in March this year, for a 15kg parcel, it was already $115.00. We also need to add to this the cost of insurance ($9.00), which for some reason has now become mandatory. That is, an increase of almost 2 (!) times. In order to somehow reduce the price for all this, I had to purchase a Qwintry Plus subscription for a whopping $77. It will most likely pay off, but it won't change the weather much. The question is, what happened? I understand that inflation is raging not only in Russia, but this is some kind of cosmic growth... I will change the estimate if there is any reasonable justification for changing the pricing policy.

After the closure of the service, which I used for 5 years, I switched to the Parcel. I don't regret anything yet. The previous service began to put a spoke in the wheels due to the broken following of the rules. At first I was upset, but eventually I realized that they had closed deservedly.
Did you like it in the parcel:
1) Support work.
2) That they go to a meeting on many issues.
3) Convenient ways to replenish your balance.
4) Help with the purchase allows you to order not to the warehouse address and specify another person as the recipient. It's very cool!
I didn't like it:
1) Package the package. It is not tight, sorted into packages, packed with kraft paper.
2) The inability to top up the balance via PayPal.
3) A complex declaration process.
4) There is no free shipping due to VAT refund.
5) A cosmic and not profitable rate when replenishing the balance, which adds another two-digit number of percentages to the commission itself.
Risk:
If the parcel is stopped by customs and it has to be returned to the sender, it is not clear where it will return and whether it will be able to be sent again. There is no illusory chance to get into a vicious circle and lose the parcel.
Conclusion:
Changing the service is more expensive. There is no adequate alternative and no competition. There are advantages, so I will continue to work with you. Thank you.

Just a disgusting service, the problems started literally from the first stage, these people could not make the parcel into the database for as long as a week, then these people started postponing the shipment without explanation, support, as always, decided to remain silent, first they had to send the parcel on 26.02, postponed without explanation to 04.03, then to 07.03, well, the classics on 11.03, without explanation... It feels like the parcel is completely lost, the service is completely uninterested in customers, and support doesn't care that they haven't been able to send the parcel from the hub to the flight for 2 weeks.
That's how I was bullied for 200+ dollars.
I also want to note that their calculator for economy-based delivery calculated the delivery time from 16 to 23 days...

I spent more than 8 thousand rubles just to return parcels back to British stores, despite the fact that one of them completely covered all expenses for refunds. The thing is that the documentation of the Parcel did not clearly state that they do not send vinyl records from the UK to the Russian Federation. I note that at the same time, the UK has not imposed sanctions on this product, that is, it is just a whim of the service that would take them through the EU.

It would be all right. They changed their address in Berlin and more than one dog can't find them there now. I sent one parcel, they unwrapped it, dhl did not find them, I sent the second one-the same thing, they did not find it. The support service answers questions for two to three days. I have been using Parcel services for several years, shipments were from different warehouses and in different ways, I had to communicate with support, make special requests, including returning goods to Ebay, in general, a different range of interaction. Another package was received yesterday.
In general, according to the ratio of all the nuances, the service suits me.
Yes, sometimes there is a long delivery or processing in the warehouse. Yes, sometimes support does not respond with lightning speed and vaguely. Yes, there is a commission for replenishment of the balance and not very affordable shipping prices.
But in the current conditions, all this is not so critical and it is quite possible to survive.
The only disadvantage for me is probably the prices for special requests, in particular, photography. Usually you just need to verify that what was really ordered has arrived, and not take pictures of the product in detail from all sides every time. I.e., just one photo would be enough. And so for every little thing $4 is a bit expensive.

I have been familiar with the service for many years, but I have used it fully literally three times. In June 2024, I made an order for delivery using the Smart method, which arrived literally in 3 weeks, which is good news!
Of course, delivery is expensive, especially after the reduction of import duties to 200 euros, but it is still more profitable to bring imported goods by Parcel than to buy on the spot.
Parcels are packed in boxes made of fairly thick cardboard and all the cracks are reinforced with extremely strong adhesive tape.
Support sometimes responds literally within a couple of minutes, but sometimes within a couple of days.
In addition, the service is constantly evolving. I was pleasantly surprised that now the BIS-711 form is generated automatically and you only need to sign on the site.
The cool thing is that you can bring some goods from other countries through a warehouse in the USA. For example, goods up to $800 come from Japan perfectly!
In general, I was satisfied with the service, even though sometimes parcels go for 2-3 months.
