This beach is a real discovery for those who are looking for privacy. The beach is quiet, cozy, and almost always there are few people here. This place is ideal to spend the day in peace: you can lie down, sunbathe, no one interferes, there are no crowds and noise.
There is a small cafe nearby where you can have a delicious snack. If you arrive hungry, don't worry — the food is good, the portions are decent, everything is fresh. We've eaten there more than once, and we've never had any problems. A great place to escape from the hustle and bustle and spend the day in harmony with nature.
The only disadvantage of this beach is the steep stairs that you have to go down. It may not be safe for the elderly, so keep that in mind. But if the descent is not a problem for you, then the beach is definitely worth a visit!

A very beautiful view from the sea to the shore, on the contrary, it's also pretty, but it doesn't cause the WOW effect that we expected from the stories, but it's worth a visit! Such a small "wild" lagoon. The place is just beginning to be developed - there is some kind of construction going on to the tram line (perhaps a hotel or a cafe), the "cafe" for drinks is not very neatly located yet, but there is a place to sit. They are already asking for money for parking, but it is not yet clear on what basis (40 baht for a bike, 100 baht for a car), but if you leave the transport before parking is designated, no one asks for money. I really liked the waves - one is big, but it does not overwhelm when entering the sea, then small, but as if from all sides, after them, coming ashore, there is a feeling of rocking.

Relax on Coral Island
We lived at Bandara Phuket Beach Resort 4* and one day in January 2025, we rented a national Thai boat on our Ao Yong beach to go to the most beautiful Coral Island (Banana beach), located in the immediate vicinity of Phuket.
We sailed for ~ 20 minutes.
Staying on the island is paid: 100 baht/person - chaise longue, shower, toilet; 300 baht/person - the above + food/ cocktail menu for this price.
Positive:
1️⃣ The beach is very beautiful, the water is turquoise, clear, transparent. The sand is white, the approach is smooth and comfortable.
2. Wonderful snorkeling, much more interesting and larger than it was on the Similans: parrot fish, hedgehogs, starfish, huge dangerous tridacnae.
Cons:
1️⃣ There are a lot of people, boats, yachts and large speedboats arrive non-stop, but overall, being on the beach was comfortable. At 11 a.m., we immediately found ourselves sitting deck chairs, we also swam freely in the sea, and not like herrings in a jar.
There are many cafes on the island where you can have lunch or order a cocktail that will be brought to you in a small bucket, but the prices are much higher than in Phuket. If you need it, buy a couple of Chang jars at 7/11 and bring them with you.

The sea is beautiful, the waves. The cafe in the restaurant is not very friendly, the cafe is further away from the entrance. There is a swing, the beach is divided into two parts by boulders. I slipped once and tore my legs and elbows, so be careful. There's nowhere to wash, mind you. The toilet is paid for. Wi-Fi was requested at the exit from the beach in a cafe to order a taxi. We saw how cafe workers cleaned the beach from branches, etc. But it was all hidden behind a boulder.

To be honest, it's not the best beach in Phuket.
When you go down, it looks good, but when you find yourself on the beach, not everything is so great.
of the cons: these are the stones that are in the sand
- if the tide is out, it becomes more dangerous to swim.
In some places on the beach, it even becomes impossible to swim with stones.
There are no sun beds, no umbrellas, if the scorching sun is already in the afternoon you will not go anywhere in the shade - only if you sit in a cafe in the forest.
Also, in the evening, leaving this beach without a personal car or bike is almost not an option - since taxi drivers do not accept orders from here.
Phuket has more beautiful beaches and more comfortable ones. This beach is not something special or a beach worth returning to.

It's a very cool beach. Clear water with beautiful fish. From the shore no more than 50 meters from the shore and there are already flocks of beautiful fish.
We advise you to arrive before lunch while there are few boats with vacationers. But even after lunch there is a great atmosphere.
There is a shop with rental masks, fins. There is food, cold drinks. There is a massage, but we did not use it.

One of the disadvantages is that the equipment needs to be left on the road, and then you need to go down to the beach. Parking is only possible on the far side of the beach.

The perfect beach! Not too big, few people (October 2023), very beautiful. You can not lie around all day, but climb around the neighborhood (in shoes!).
Cafe on the beach: delicious, food prices are completely sane (Tom yam, in my opinion, 170 baht), beer is expensive (0.33 - 80 baht). The hostess of the cafe is very attentive, monitors everything that happens on the beach, a stranger to your things will definitely not go unnoticed, checked)))
Of the minuses: there are rocks on the coastline, if the ocean is worried, you have to be careful, but it did not cause us discomfort.

The beach is in a relatively accessible location. We got to it by bike from Nai Yang, it turned out to be about 6 km. The beach is small and surrounded by rocks on both sides. There is a small cafe on the shore where you can enjoy various drinks and cook food on coals. A very quiet and beautiful place.

Great beach. Clean water, full of fish ( snorkeling), there are a couple of cafes where you can have a great meal and drink. It is not a very convenient descent to the beach. There is no parking at all. It is convenient to sail there by boat from Guy Ton Beach. They'll pick you up there in the morning and back in the evening. Masks can be bought or rented at the cafe. I liked. There are people. But I won't say that it's a crowd. There are no sun beds, etc.
